Just go as early as you can so you don't have to worry...you can even just go to bed when you get back home and open the tv later. If you really care about something (and this goes for all items at any store) I'd get there as early as you can, within reason. It all just depends on how much you care.

100 bucks in savings isn't worth me camping out all night, but if I really wanted something I'd get up at 4 am like you said.

You'd be so late its a shame. Line is like blocks long at that point in time.

Yep. Getting to Best Buy around 9ish the past 2 years has put me around 90th into the store. After midnight, the line is easily 300+.

My Best Buy is super crazy. Two years ago my friend and I got there at 12:30 AM, and a guy was, I think just for the hell of it, passing out slips of paper to indicate what number we were in line. Needless to say, we were both over 800th in line.

I'll probably shop later on Friday when the crowds aren't as bad. There are a few cheap 360 games that caught my eye.
              Simpsons $10 at BB
              Dead Rising $10 at CC
              Assassins Creed $10 at GameCrazy

No black friday deals are worth it to me. I would much rather sleep.

only thing I've really seen that I might buy is the Sony 7.1 A/V receiver from BB. Mine now doesn't have HDMI inputs and I might upgrade.

I wonder sometimes, for the people camping out for $300 laptops, I wonder how much they would sell for normally............ I wonder how much are they really saving by camping for these deals..........

There's a doorbuster deal at AAFES (Military Exchange) for an HP laptop G50-111NR for $349 that normally retails for $650.

It would be worth it to get up early for that.

That's a solid purchase. With 3 HDMI inputs you could potentially get rid of A LOT of wires and be completely digital.
