Merry Christmas. This is scary that our society would be degraded to this. A man gets killed so spoiled children can get another gift. Modern-day secular Christmas is a joke.

Damn, have we become so material obsessed that people have to be literally scared for their lives when shopping?

I think it's time for these stores to just stop with the whole black friday thing.

You would think they were giving away free HDTV's with the way customers act. How pathetic

That's like half and hour away from me. I picked up Head Coach 09 for 10 bucks at a closer Walmart at like 3pm.

The mall was calm when I was there. It's the freaks who work themselves up at 3am to score a "deal" on something....

I have nothing against Black Friday, but these stores have to find a better way to operate. 2,000 people lining up and then being allowed to enter all at once is probably a bad idea.
The line must be drawn HERE! This far, no further!

                This makes me sick.

I have never understood why in the hell they let people camp out and who is stupid enough to do this......I'm sorry my time is worth more than that.

Have some pride people.......I mean if little billy doesn't get a wii for xmas this year it's not going to be the end of his life and I'm guessing he will still love you If not you have much bigger problems.

The midnight launches are crazy as well.....Got my gear's 2 on launch day......slept all night woke up about 7am went down around 9am and walked right in to wal mart bought it and turned around and walked out had it back home in the drive within 20 min. The pre order stuff is out of hand as well......they always have a pile of these games like COD or Gears.....I have never not been able to find one on launch day even in my tiny little town.........The stores are just taking your money a month early and drawing interest on it and laughing all the way to the bank because now your locked in to buying it there.

End of rant......Sorry to this guy and his family and everyone who was at the store that am should be charged with manslaughter....IMO.

All to save 20 bucks on something that is a non essential........it's a sad day.

Re: Man Trampled To Death @ Wal-Mart

I left the local WalMart here specifically after they told me that it was "every man for himself" once the sales started at 5 AM. There needs to be a more organized system for this Black Friday mess, like giving out vouchers to buy certain items in the store beforehand to those in line.

you would think stores are giving stuff away for free. I stayed home all day, didn't want to even get in the traffic.

These guys don't watch much television, huh? Everyone knows , when you're in a stand-off like that, you never pull the trigger because you will go down too. All of the special agents say so.

They should round up all those idiots and charge them all with murder. This is why I can't stand other human beings in general.

Yea, my cousin and brother went out and tried to convince me that it would be a good time seeing the commotion.

I just gave my brother that confused look and said they were crazy.

Why would I want to be out there in that mess?
