My girl adds some sort of creamer/milk product.

She loves the Keurig, especially since it means she doesn't have to brew a pot of coffee or clean up anything.

didnt see that you responded to that initially.

it was coffee grounds.. but, i made a second cup and it was fine.

i think i may have been a bit to rough when closing down on the k-cup and it made a mess.. or, i didnt close it good enough..

funny thing is, when i was living with my Mom years back, we bought one of these. we didnt like it bc we drank a lot of coffee and this 10oz stuff just didnt work out for us.

now, with the old lady and i together etc.. she dont drink coffee at all, so its just me. i hate making a huge pot, cause some days i wont drink a lot, then waste all that coffee.

now, this Keurig is perfect for me!! i would like to have a 14oz option, but 10oz will do lol.

im look at a few links posted here, looking for get a huge pack of hot coco bc she does like that.. plus she bought me those custom k-cups, so i can add my dunkin donuts coffee to it. woop!!

Yeah, I'm the same way...it's awesome, I can make a cup of coffee without having to deal with making a pot. Plus I find cups on sale so it's not expensive, as well as using the custom k-cup so I can just use regular coffee.

I had edited my initial message.

Can't really be too rough when puncturing the cup. I haven't had one ground leave the cup since I've owned the device. Probably just a fluke.

im gonna check amazon real quick, i have an order set up on that big cat website..

ive come to the conclusion, bold and extra bold (any brand) are not for me lol..

i also never noticed different coffee tastes before having this Keurig.. good stuff!!

yeah, she bought me one the same day as the machine.

i just used it this morning for the first time. i had a heck of a time trying to get the regular k cup filter out lol.. i felt like i was gonna break it. but once i got it out, i put it back in, and it was so much easier to get in and out.

i used dunkin donut (medium) coffee in my custom filter.. it tasted WAAAY better than when i would use our other pot.

but to be honest, im not a die hard, where i drink say 4 or more cups a day. so i like the simple k-cup use. i just ordered from that big cat site. i paid 46 bucks, got the free shipping, and got a whole bunch of k-cups!! woot woot..

Gotcha.. I'm a coffee drinker, so my Personal Filter was a must. I love the k-cups but after a while it was getting expensive, compared to buying a pound of coffee or 2 of coffee.

Right now I'm finishing a pound of Indonesian Sumatra. On deck some nice Columbian Espresso....

Yeah, though the personal k-cup thing is awesome, really takes the cost down if you want.

This is great for me since I don't drink cup after cup of coffee at home, but I like to make some regularly. Making a pot sucks cause there's either too much or it gets a little stale after a while.

Now Keurig has come out with the new Vue system and Vue Packs.

$250 Vue System

The larger packs seem to be priced the same as K-Cups per box, but have 16 packs, two short of the standard 18 K-Cups per box. (Starbucks the exception with only 16 K-Cups per box).
