Why oh why ...two weeks until the finale lol

A lot of things came full circle tonight and who knows what will happen to each character. I have a feeling someone might die. Don't know why, but I got a weird feeling.

        That egg.. wtf. LOL.

OK something that bothers me about the last few episodes is the fact that the town has basically gone to ****, yet the outside world pretty much doesn't know about it. You would think the federal government would get involved.. or that there would be massive media coverage of the town that turned to zombies. I just can't jive with the idea that the entire town has been hypnotized. It's corny to me.

I'm wondering how the Queen knows about Sookie. Or did I miss something?

Trying to figure out if the Queen will eventually come to Sookie's town.

That's actually reasonably naive, Ex. Our country turns its back on horrendous things happening in small backwater towns all the time. Watch a couple of documentaries. It's shocking what we've missed until way after the fact. This is just a bunch of hicks running around town naked for a few days and performing a few rituals. The feds are probably still focused more on the Mexican-American drug war at this point.

I think its reasonable for it not to get out. One, its only been 2-3 days since the entire town was turned into zombies, Two, Bon Temps has been established as a very backwoods town so its possible the word wouldnt get out. Three, the only people who arent Zombies are Sookie, the detective, Sam and Jason and its not like any of them is going to call the cops or feds from another town. Also what would they say "Please come to Bon Temps, the whole town has been turned into zombies"?

They can't get rid of the black eye making shaking lady soon enough. We get it, already. Hopefully Tara kicks the bucket too. I just think her character is played out now after all this oil eye nonsense.

Thought it was funny that the queen was caught in some 1960's time warp. The old Yahtzee game, the outfits, etc.

Eric is going to be EEE-vil in the upcoming episodes. Looking forward to seeing that clash.

That line implying Eric and Bill should get it on while she watches had me laughing uncontrollably.

I hear you, and it's not like I'm whining about the "realism" of the show about Vamps and Gods and immortals.. but in the past they have included scenes of "real" news coverage in a sense which opens the door for me to question this particular stage of the story.

Not to mention the city's police department has basically went MIA. When people call into 911 they get a crazed and crude operator. Someone would be bound to notice.

^ I think what happened toward the end of this season is that the storyline shifted around so much that the audience didn't know what storyplot was bigger. The whole Dallas plot was big and we met interesting characters and I felt like there should have been more, but at the same time, it needs to be tied in with the things going on in Bon Temps. And the storyline there has been Mary Ann and her crazy rituals that I think they needed Bill, Sookie & Jason to be there for a couple more episodes.

As for the town itself, sometimes small countys like that lose control and we don't hear about it, but the whole cops/sheriff things is a little "unrealistic", but it's a vampire show so you gotta love it LOL.

Yeah, the "A-team" sort of got smashed into the main story pretty quickly. But I guessed it worked.

Kill the bitch already, honestly this storyline has beat that damn horse into ****ing dust. It wouldn't be so bad if they were introducing a new sideplot or a storyline for next season but it seems like the whole focus is on Mary Ann.

Last season, Mary Ann was the focus for season 2 along with the death of that lady. I think this season you are seeing glimpses of what to expect for next season.

I wish that they wouldn't take a week off I'm really looking forward to seeing how they wrap up this season. The killing of Mary Ann is kind of a must I highly doubt they'll try and drag her storyline along into the 3rd season.

A few interesting things in the books that haven't been brought up on the show yet:
