Re: Michael Jackson has passed away
I got an email from my bro reminding me about this. I remember my whole family watching this when it came on and then EVERYBODY talking about it at school.

People never cease to amaze me... I hope someone lets me know when you pass away so I can come by and talk noise about all the bad things you did in your lifetime. Maybe I'll even piss on your coffin while I'm at it.
BTW... He was never convicted.

Re: Michael Jackson has passed away
Surely you could have just not posted this instead. Many people would rather remember his cultural impact as an artist than something he was never even found guilty of.
People that get some kind of satisfaction from pissing on dead people like this probably won't even have 20 people care about their death.Comment

Re: Michael Jackson has passed away
Thats really uncalled for.
I'm not a MJ supporter and don't condone the things he was supposedly accused of. But the man meant alot to a WHOLE lot of people. And you should respect that.

Re: Michael Jackson has passed away
You know what really bothers me? The fact that people still find the need to make "jokes" about him even after the fact of knowing he has passed. You don't have to like him to feel for the loss of a human being and show some respect. At least for his childrens' sake. What I find even more sad is when people feel the need to say "oh well I don't care". Well so what? Is that really necessary? Because clearly there are people that do. Far more actually.
Right when the news broke out that he had this attack I took my mom to the store and stayed in the car and the radio was playing some tracks of his and that's about the time I heard the then rumor of his death. And some random lady pulled up and got out the car and asked me if he was dead. I said "I don't know yet". And she goes "Well at least there is one less child molester in this world". I simply said "WoooW. Nice" and I guess my tone alone gave her the hint. She took her child and walked away.
Point being; you don't have to like the man to feel sorry at the very least for his friends and family. Especially his children. It's times like these that you really find out a true persons' character. And some of the things that I have heard and read are just sad.
Rest In Peace to the greatest musician and entertainer the world has ever seen. I only hope that you now receive the credit in death that you often did not in life. Your music and many contributions to the world will forever be remembered.
Rest in Peace To The King Of Music: Michael Jackson.

Re: Michael Jackson has passed away
People never cease to amaze me.
Elvis Presley met Priscilla when she was 14. Jerry Lee Lewis married his cousin when she was 13 (or 15 depending on what you believe).
Reports have been out there that Michael Jackson never molested anyone and that the allegations were all attempts to extort money. He's always been quoted as saying children were the only people that ever told him the truth.
This isn't to excuse his odd behavoir, but to put it into some context. Realize what you are saying and understand there is more to every story.
The guy never, since the age of 5, lived a normal life. Was he odd......sure, but that doesn't disqualify his musical genius or lessen the unparalleled impact he had on the music world.
In short, keep the disparaging comments out of this thread and appreciate him for the lasting impact he had, and continues to have on the music world for the talent we were lucky enough to witness.Last edited by SportsTop; 06-25-2009, 11:53 PM.Comment

Re: Michael Jackson has passed away
My dad put on his live DVD concert from the early 90's and I had never seen it. The man put on a hell of a live show.
If you think about it, he's was on the Mount Rushmore of entertainment household names still alive and I mean household in the way that EVERYONE knows who he is. Off the top of my head there's Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, and maybe Tiger Woods. From children to the elderly his fame rivals that of an American president and with the exception of our current president, probably surpasses it. It makes you realize the magnitude of his death.
RIP Michael. Here's a confession: I'm in love with a man. What? I'm in love with a man... a man named God. Does that make me gay? Am I gay for God? You betcha.Comment
