            Reading all the stories about the renewed friction between Dan Harmon and Chevy Chase has me worried about the future (if there is one) of the show. The cast works great as an ensemble, and losing Pierce the Dickish would harm the show, IMO.

                I honestly feel like they could lose Pierce (or Shirley, for that matter) and not miss a beat.

                They seem to struggle to find things for him to do anyways.

                    Pierce is the weakest main character, though I hope if he is offed that they won't increase Chang's airtime.

                    I disagree about Shirley. She's a key to a lot aspects of the show as she is basically the middle barrier to which everyone else bounces off of.

                                                            I thought it was the best episode so far this season. But that could also be due to recency effect. This show is so solid that nearly every new episode I see is my favorite at that time.
