Any word/guess as to when the 5th season will begin or when the 4th season comes out on DVD?
Don't you EVER read my blog? It's gotten a lot better.

5th season will probably start in September, like always.

Season 5 will start September of 2010. I'm going to guess that the Season 4 DVD will be out in August or so.

          Re: Dexter (Season 4)

We just finished watching S4 tonight and WOW! is all I can say. I wasn't expecting Julie Benz to be killed off at all. I was expecting something like Trinity to be related to Dexter as a shocker than her death. I have followed Benz's career to a degree since Buffy and Angel, she was hot back then too except as a vamp. This season her character just really got annoying as sin. I will still miss the character though as she was a huge part of this show.

So many things happened in this final episode that it helps build things up for whatever direction they take in S5. Quinn I dislike as much as Doakes, and I hope he gets his by Dexter.

It will be interesting to see if Batista even remembers the conversation between Trinity and Dexter. I have a feeling he may not. I was in awe how Trinity just walked into the station, stole the visitor card, and then just walked around. Granted this is a show, but throws things out the window.

I think that Debra's and Dexter's relationship now moving forward will be strained. Even with him breaking down to her at the end, she will start putting 2 and 2 together. This season they have made her come off even smarter than in the previous seasons.

I am guessing that Dexter will have to report the death of Rita. He has no real choice in the matter because of how Trinity cut her up like he does to all the women in the bath tub. Even with a car explosion like someone suggested, part of her remains could still be intact and the cuts will show up. I doubt they go the route of him dumping her body, now that would be some morbid ****.

Whenever this show ends, I think that Debra will be the one taking down her brother.

Oh man, next September can't get here soon enough.

            Re: Dexter (Season 4)

After thinking about this last night, I am a little bit mad at Dexter. He has good intentions and everything, but he's not normal and he let his own selfishness to kill Trinity to get his wife murdered. Dexter even tried for his own selfish reasons to see how Trinity kept this secret for 30 years until he saw the family getting abused. I think all the fights and arguments he had this past episode are really showing him changing.

After killing Trinity he talked about how his family is good for him, the whole sense of living a normal life. He comes home and his family is basically dead, I think he will become a lot darker in the next season, which will ultimately lead to him being caught and really seen for what he is, a serial killer.

Rita's death could have been avoided several times, but Dexter was selfish and felt like he needed to be the one to kill the Trinity killer rather than let himself take his own life or be caught. Dexter is the reason Rita is dead, he may not have killed her directly, but he put his entire family in danger for his need to kill.

One final thought.........when Trinity went to Dexter's old apt. and only found Debra Morgan living there, how did he find Rita's house since its not under Dexter's name? They never showed him following Dexter........but I guess they are implying that he did follow Dexter to the house, he came back looking for Dexter and then found Rita.

My guess is that he simply figured it out. He knew where Dexter worked and it probably didn't take much for him to find out who his wife is. Look up his wife's directory, find the home, and plan the murder.

It also fit perfectly in his cycle. It's crazy when you think of him smiling as he's driving down the highway. He's not happy he got away. He's happy because of what he's done.

Lithgow does such a great job portraying a madman, one of my favorite roles of his was Raising Cain.

Yeah if you really wanted to find the whereabouts of somebody there are a lot of online services that will do it.

I'm sure there's no release date yet. Here's some new info on what may be in store for season 3.

According to series creator Kurt Sutter, FX will be picking up season three of Sons of Anarchy, and season three will deal with SAMCRO's roots. Additionally, Sutter wants to "take [the Sons] into a world that is outside their own, where they don't have control, where they are subject to other people's laws and beliefs and parameters, Where they aren't quite the big fish in the small pond." This may include taking the charter to Ireland. [Source-Wikipedia]

Probably in July early August like last year, hoping its here sooner. Michael Hall is such a great actor, this is making me want to watch Six Feet Under again. He was great in that show too.

Finally was able to watch the last four episodes of the season this week. Just watched the finale. I did NOT expect to see THAT. Like Stumbleweed mentions, it makes that covertible ride that much more disturbing. Wow. I think this might have been my most favorite season of "Dexter" to date. John Lithgow was awesome in his role. I hope he gets award recognition for it. Going to be interesting to see what the writers do with the show in season 5.
