The Green Arrow story is interesting, but the last 2 episodes makes me wonder a bit as to where they are going.

Pretty much me. Lois and Clark's relationship is the best thing going with the show right now. They need to move up his training. Green Arrow needs to start tying his bow in his hair.

I still thought the original season of Lois and Clark on ABC with Terri Hatcher and Dean Cain was great. They focused the story on their relationship rather than Clark's powers and it made for a really good show imo. Year two they changed a bunch of the actors and made it all about kryptonite and villains and the show quickly went down the toilet and got cancelled.

As much as I want a Season 10, I do hope that things end with Season 9 if things do not improve. There is a lot of focus on Green Arrow and I wonder if maybe he will get his own show.

Might as well give him a new show. The ratings can't be much worse than some of the shows on the CW.

I think the actor that plays Green Arrow can do a decent job to run with a show by himself...........but I would prefer a younger Justice League show instead. That could work out to be great if done right.

I love this show, but the writing team is just stuck in a funk if you ask me. They have been stuck in this funk for the last few seasons. Right when they have 2-3 great episodes, we tend to get 2-3 filler/not that great episodes mixed in.

Like the whole Metallo deal. He was dispatched and gone so soon, it drives me nuts when this happens. Or going with a few episodes without Zod, except for the end of that zombie episode. I originally feel like Zod was used so wrong the first time taking over Lex's body. With this version of Zod, I am led to believe that he is not spiritual as he was made to look a few seasons back. How does this Zod fit with the Zod that took over Lex's body? There are some huge holes in the story.

Right now, Lois is the hottest and best thing going for the show. I am liking the love interest story arc between both which should have started a few seasons ago. Only time will tell how things pan out. I just feel like I am watching a rollercoaster storyline that is just going round and round.

I do think that this show does work better with a smaller cast that we have now. The last few seasons it had just gotten to be too much and thank you no Lana so far.

Tess gave Toyman Metallo's Kryptonite Heart at the end of the episode, so at least it (the heart) will make an encore.

At least we might have seen the last of the flood of Ollie tears (maybe). A pretty satisfying conclusion, but the prospect of Zod and the Kandorian refugees being continued as a two year storyline is not good.

Are they talking about going for a 2 yr storyline with Zod?

Best episode of the season. Ollie's new "project" looks like a nice antidote for rejection, and I like the Chloe web battle with her probable new interest. Tess's triumph at the end breathes a little life in her character. Clark finally makes a move.
UPDATE: Friday's episode was #1 in the hour among men 18-34 and men 18-49.

I haven't watched the last two episodes yet. But my PVR didn't record Smallville on Friday for some reason so I assumed it was a repeat but it must have just screwed up for some reason.

Beacause Friday night's epi is on tonight. I do not care what they just did with Zod. I understand this show has always spun a lot of characters pasts, but I don't care for the direction they are taking w/ him. Shoot, Zod in the old Superman movie was awesome.

What they replay Friday Night's episode on Sunday Night? I agree about Zod.
