The fact that there is no premonition of world doom helps with this season. We don't see what the Heroes need to prevent and it's nice. Instead the mystery of Samuel is what is driving the story.

Yeah I feel you, Gamecock & Chizzy. The whole Samuel origin story was very entertaining to me. There's so much mystery behind this man but the pieces are slowly coming together. I thought the show might be fizzling out after last season, but they're stepping it back up.

I really like the Samuel storyline and hope they plan on finishing it up this season (and NBC allows them to). Heroes pulled in a 3.2 Monday night and finished fourth in their timeslot. The Cancellation Reaper is at their door.

They need a new time slot. That writer's strike couldn't have come at a worst time. A bad season 2 and 3 has sent most of Heroes season 1 followers, elsewhere.

              Bingo.

Between House, Monday Night Football, etc., there is no way Heroes will survive.

Strangely, though, I like House a LOT more than Heroes, and yet I still watch Heroes every Monday at 8 and watch House online later.

Heroes only got 5.1 million viewers this past Monday. That's cancellation yesterday awful. I agree that this time slot is terrible for it. X-Files used to kill on Sunday night. Maybe NBC should move Heroes permanently to Sunday night after football is over and don't air re-runs like 24. Maybe it just gets canned but the rest of the NBC shows are so bad, what are they going to replace it with?

Sunday nights they need to worry about Desperate Housewives/Brothers & Sisters beating on them. Both those shows continue to steam roll on Sunday night. Housewives after an abysmal season 2 has been very strong since then and this season has been good.

I continue to watch Heroes, but I am starting to really lose a lot of interest. This season has been good, best since season 1/part of 2.........but I feel at times like the show is heading nowhere. I like that they have really slowed things down to where we have focus on a few characters an episode with Samuel being one of the center points.

I dislike Mohinder, wish him and Hiro would just disappear. LOL!

I like both shows and I dislike that they're setting Chuck up to fail. They should move one or both shows to another night to ensure their survival. Especially since Heroes seems to be back to season 1 form.

Finally got around to watching the last episode. I really liked it. Aside from a few stinkers, this season has been good. I do think they could get rid of quite a few characters to improve the show. I also want Peter to get his full powers back.

                            Bingo.

If Sylar is going to be back full-time by the end of this season with all his powers, Peter needs to be his foil and get all of his powers back.

Doesn't Peter have Sylar's powers? And the ability to gain more powers like Sylar can? He touched Nathan, who in retrospect is Sylar. And when he touched him, it showed a gold shine. The times I've watched Peter take someone's power, they never showed any signs of it.
