How do I get music from my computer to my Droid? I tried downloading Verizon's media manager program, but it only works with 32bit OS (64 here). Do I even need to download anything or can I drag and drop to the phone?

Drag and drop works for me. I connect t my CPU open the music folder on my phone and just d&d.

Same for me, don't buy the media docking stations. We got them for free in a package deal and the plug is slightly bigger than the jack on the phone. I ruined my first phone's charge port using the docking station whenever I charged it on my night stand.

Hey guys, I am looking into a droid phone but I am new to all of this. I was playin with the Samsung Fascinate at the Verizon store and I really liked that. Could you guys give me some tips as to what is the best phone and anything else I should know when choosing between the droid phones?

All depends on how big you want your screen. All Samsung phones across all carriers are 4 inches. EVO 4g and Droid X are 4.3 inch screens. Samsung phones also have that Amoled type of screen, while the rest have that LCD type of screen.

My wife has one of the Samung phones, the only difference between the two screens is Samung screen are brighter and colors have more pop to them at a distance. Meaning I put my wife phone and my phone on the table stood 5 feet back from it and was still able to read what it said on the screen on my wife's Samsung phone then my Droid.

I must say the Samung Galaxy S class phones take REALLY good pictures and video. Way better then the Moto Droid, Droid 2 and Droid X camera.

Well I jumped in and bought the Samsung Fascinate through Direct buy. Only ended up paying $92 so Im pretty happy.

I bought a Droid back in February, but I never sent in my rebate. I was under the impression that a rebate card came with the phone or they would send me one (I believe with my last phone, it came with the phone).

So I decide to go online today (don't know why I waited this late) and put in my info, and my offer expired!

Do u think there's anyway I can get my rebate? I'm an 8 year customer who ended up paying full price for a phone I was supposed to get a discount on due to my phone upgrade eligibility.

Yup, Verizon is pretty cut throat, i dont mind as I rarely have any problems with them.

The mail in Rebate idea is quite possibly the best business idea ever made, they live for people to not mail the form in.

Actually, best business idea would have to be the 99 cents pricing. But yeah, I totally forgot about my rebate until I read that post, lol.
