I got the LG Ally, a phone powered by Android. So far (only had it for a little over a day), it is just amazing. I had the LG ENV2 and had that piece of crap replaced 4 different times, 3 times with the same defect. So I said enough is enough and upgraded. I think the phone is phenomenal. I have had some issues with it going very slow and me not being able to look at my pictures because it would crash, but that ended and now its okay.

i just got the Droid X. I love how big this things screen is and it's super fast and looks sharp. I like everything about it. And I can't stop playing robo defense that game is the bomb.

I've had the Droid since July. Just found this thread.

I absolutely LOVE this phone. It's like a tiny computer in my pocket. Ever bored on the road? Open Tapatalk and come on OS! It's perfect.

Only complaint is battery life. It's bipolar, I swear. Some days it will drain so slowly you don't even notice. Others I turn it on for 10 minutes and it's at 50 percent. I don't get it.

What phone did you upgrade from?

I had a blackberry tour from October 09 to May 09 than went to Droid 1 til September back to the Tour and than got the Droid Pro.

I love the blackberry keyboard with the Droid

I listen to pandora over 3g at work on my incredible for hours straight, and it kills the life by the time I'm playing games or messing around with it on my lunch break. I ended up getting a more powerful battery off ebay, which is the same size as the stock battery. Helped out a bit for my usage.

just wanted to stop in..

my buddy just got a Droid X to replace his blackberry (the touch screen one, name is slipping my mind right now).. he loves it!!

i messed with it a bit last night and must say i really liked it as well. this is coming from a die hard iphone 4 guy both phones are great.

if most of my friends were on verizon i may have jumped ship lol. plus, for some reason where we live, our street and 3 to the left and 3 to the right is like a freaking deadzone for verizon. makes no sense. bah!!

but, was just blown away by the Droid X!!

I just flashed a new rom on my Captivate, but haven't had time to set it up. Any good websites with good home screens and widgets?

I usually just go to xda-developers for inspiration. There are threads where people post a screenshot of their home screen and list the mods/widgets.

There is a "seasons" Angry Birds game out. I've been playing the Christmas level - those bitches are hard.

That looks pretty sweet man. You mind telling me where you downloaded it? I've been flashing customs roms for a while, but I really haven't done too much in the way visual customization.

I've gotten 3 stars on all of them so far, those snow blocks are a pain (especially how the defy gravity).
