Re: Google Chrome
Is there a way to add live-bookmarks/RSS feeds?
I finally switched my work computer to Chrome after Firefox kept bogging down my system and wouldn't start without crashing the last couple of days.

Re: Google Chrome
Anyone have/use a Chromebox? I'm sorta intrigued, but I'm a little wary of something that can't run basic PC programs in a Windows-like environment...but then, that just shows how old-school I am.Comment

Re: Google Chrome
My laptop asked to do updates to the system during my last restart, and I've noticed now that pressing Backspace doesn't go back the previous page in Google Chrome anymore. Instead, I have to press Alt + Left. I don't know if that's related to the update at all.
Look, I understand why they do it... I can almost thank them in the future for every time I lose everything I type by pressing backspace when my cursor is no longer in the text box anymore. It happens on OS more often than anywhere else because the Quick Post option doesn't keep what you type. But I don't want it haha, I'd rather have the Backspace option.
Does anyone else have this update applied to their computers? Is there an option to change it back anywhere?Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

I also have this update applied to the Chromebooks we're launching at the school I run the tech in. It is probably a good change but muscle memory has me hitting backspace. I hate change
EDIT:
I haven't tested this but it was from the Google support forums. There is an extension to use backspace to go back.

Re: Google Chrome
I updated Chrome yesterday to version 53.0.2785.89 and it seems it's not as responsive. As an example, when trying to navigate in ESPN (such as wanting to view the Scoreboard for CFB) the buttons don't work.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment
