This season's really starting to get boring for me and I can't put my finger on why just yet. It could be because Russell isn't a true underdog going into the merge like he was last year and I usually get behind the underdog. Another thing is other that Russell, I don't really like anyone else and I really don't think Russell has a chance to win it all so, I have no one else to root for at this point.

Also, IMO they're ruining the show with brining back the idol's after they're played. They should have 3 idols total for the show and that's it. 1 for each tribe at the beginning and 1 after the merge. I mean, it seem's like someone's played one every week and it's taking away from the essence of the game. Enough his enough with the idol's already!

^^I'm the same. When Russell is voted out, I have nobody to really root for anymore. I normally root for the person that's played the best game, so I guess that would fall to Parvati, but I'm not too psyched on it. If Russ is gone things are going to get boring.

-CATFIGHT! Lol at Colby giving Danielle a HII clue. Idiocy. Amanda should've grabbed that and never let go. As far as I know there's no rules about stealing a clue like there are about stealing an HII. That was basically suicide. I know you want to be noble, Colby, but nobility doesn't win you this game.

-Amazing how little Parvati had to do in this episode given her huge move last week.

-Kudos for Candice for making a big move. And here's the best part: Jeff didn't read her vote. If she senses bad things or division in the Villains side she can move right back into the Heroes alliance because there's no proof she voted against them.

-Now that the Villains have a big advantage, they need to turn on Sandra and get rid of her. She's a wild card and she's a schemer. Can't have that. Gotta get rid of that threat.

-Line of the episode goes to Courtney, who's been the most hilarious jury member I've seen so far:
Jeff: "I'll go tally the votes"
Courtney: "You do that"

-Amanda cut her own throat when she didn't fight to keep that clue. And Probst didn't help when he announced proudly how long she'd been in the game a week or two back. All that would've said to me is "She's got 100 days total? Seems like a threat to me.". Either way, she bored me and she won't be missed.

I think Sandra is a threat to a lot of people's games, as well. But, if I were them, I wouldn't mind sitting against her in the finals. Just because she's won before and it will be tough to get the jury to give her the $$ again. Same goes for Parv but, at least she made a huge game changing move and will have plenty of friends on the jury (assuming she doesn't screw them at some point)

I also, agree with you on Courtney. I LOL'd when she said that. She's a crappy game player but, the girl has my kind of sense of humor.

How in the almighty hell was that a smart move by Candice? This season has been such a huge letdown for me. The next time they attempt to actually use an allstar cast they might wanna make sure they actually use allstars because so many of the players this season were idiots. Candice flipping was idiotic, she is at the bottom on the villians alliance easily and she cant trust a guy like Russell who just got done swearing on his kids life last week to JT yet somehow she thinks she can trust him. Sandra and Co. were idiots when they voted Coach off instead of trying to sway him then. Coach is an idiot, plain and simple. Jerri is terrible, Colby has no clue, Rupert is a moron who surprisingly enough was the only one with any sense to see through Russell's bull**** 2 weeks ago but even then it was only because Sandra opened his eyes to it. Tyson basically voted himself off because he couldnt stick to the plan Rob laid out for him, another idiot who didnt deserve to be here. Randy was a bitter old man on his season and nothing changed, another guy who didnt deserve to be there. Danielle? What did she do that was so special to get her on this season? As much as I love James he was never good at the social aspect of the game and his sheer size made him a threat in the physical side of the game as well so he was doomed from the start imo.

In terms of who deserved to be there, the list is tiny for me, Russell, Rob, JT, Parvati and Tom. The rest of them were clueless players with no idea what the hell they were doing.

Agreed. This season is starting to be a bit of a letdown, IMO. Also, I agree the rest are fairly clueless, I wish that Stephanie would have gotten more of a chance. Plus, I consider Bob (Gabon) and Stephen (Tocantins) hero's more than half of the tribe that they chose.

I thought it was a smart move for Candice based solely off getting off the sinking ship that is the Heroes. Buy yourself a few weeks and then maybe you go an an immunity run or something. Not to mention with the tensions running high throughout the Villains they could turn on each other and Russell or Parvati might actually take you to the end.

I think your giving her too much credit as she has no shot in hell at going on an immunity run, she is no Tom that's for sure. The heroes ship was sinking until Sandra opened the door for them to blindside Parvati, they had the numbers and Parvati didn't have an idol, it was almost too perfect but she played it like a fool and she won't last much longer herself. Lastly, Russell only keeps those around him he feels he can trust and control, if its a double elimination I can see it being Candice and Sandra going home, assuming they don't blindside Russell first that is. If I'm Candice I like my odds of competing against Rupert, Sandra, Amanda and Colby more then Russell and Parvati but that's just me.

She doesnt have to go on an immunity run. She just has to win a immunity at the right time. You never know what can happen towards the end. The immunity challenges are not based of physical strength usually. Its more about focus and will. If people want to admit it or not, women by far destroy men in that area. lol

We just gotta see what happens, but i dont see what Candice did as a bad move, who wants to stay on a sinking ship? The captain, and shes not one.

What is it with all this talk of a sinking ship? If Candice stays loyal and Sandra flips like she wanted to then suddenly they have numbers, its anything but a sinking ship at that point. Furthermore all that's left of the villans is Russell, Jerri and Danielle if that happened and the heroes would be in the drivers seat from here on out. IMO, what Candice did was idiotic to say the least. In an interview with Amanda after elimination she said that Candice won't last long because she panics when anything changes and as the numbers continue to dwindle she will panic again and get voted off because of it. If anyone can tell me how siding with the villans is better then blindsiding them and staying loyal to the heroes I would love to hear it. As I see it, she last on either side but has better odds on the heroes then she does on the villans.

Candice will be fine as long as she doesn't win challenges and Russell doesn't get voted off. She will be the last Hero standing and at 5 left, she probably has Jerri's vote and Danielle and Parvati may want to git rid of Russell then.

Sure will be interesting as everyone here seems to think Candice suddenly became a genius at the game and pulled the right move, I 110% completely disagree so we will see what happens I guess. My point is if youve got Parvati and Russell on one side, two people who would do anything they could to win, or youve got complete idiots like Colby, Amanda and Rupert on the other side Im going with the people that I think I can manipulate into voting the way I want them to. Maybe I would suck at the game but I would want my destiny in my hands, not in the hands of two people who merely want me around for a numbers game.

I'm with you Chef. IMO, Candice had a better chance with
Rupert, Amanda, Colby, and Sandra rather than Russell, Danielle & Jerri.
