I have found it a pain to put songs into my iTunes folder. I'm sure if you set all your music to go their automatically it would be much easier but it's too tough to move it all. Plus, the way it adds songs twice drives me a bit insane, never quite figured out why it did that.

Old school WMP (Like version 5) was the best. New WMP sucks.

yes, that's exactly it.

that's the only reason why there's not only one type of automobile, or one type of internet browser, or one flavor of ice cream. It's all because people want, no...NEED, to go against the grain and be different.

People can have options that suits their need without the need to "hate" on another one that they don't use.

Meh, maybe for some people. I've never been one of those people, I just buy whatever I like.

I never cared for iTunes or iPods (originally because of the price) and I enjoy my Zune more than an iPod. Bigger screen, more memory for less cost and a simple user interface. I don't need games, apps or any of that nonsense, just an MP3/Video player.

And, well...Opera is so much better of a web browser than IE it's not even funny.

no, because I was simply being overly sarcastic in response to your post. Zer0mGZ!!

After being the first in this thread called out for hating Apple, I posted my reasons. It was my mistake for being unaware that the trendy apple bashing is so widespread, that it's now used to discredit any and all criticism of apple products.

I downloaded MediaMonkey Gold and thus far I like it a lot. But after checking it out for a while I cannot figure out how to delete playlists that I created. Any help?

Very good suggestion. It's a lot better than iTunes and it's faster than iTunes, at least it is on my PC.

I have the Zune Software, and it took me 6 months to match up my albums, artists, and song numbers. It's a breeze now since I manage the music myself and have mp3tag to fix up any errors. I manually sync all my music because the Zune software constantly gets albums and artists mixed up.

I find iTunes to be very manageable for my library, not to mention synching my iPod is easy as crap and takes seconds to do.

My library is setting at over 500 full albums. I've been thinking of setting up some more smart playlists. Right now I one for each decade and might set up one for my different genres.

I have a few questions that have not been answered in this thread yet.

1) Does Media Monkey work for Mac?

2) Does it allow syncing for Android devices (I hate using that god-awful Double Twist)?

It would be great to have one software that syncs with iPods, mp3 players etc. Sounds like this could be for me.
