My thoughts exactly. I don't see how this thing is going to be any easier to view while doing other things (homework, TV, gaming, etc.) since you have to hold it or place it on a flat surface that happens to be at the angle you want to view it at. I guess you could lay on a couch with your knees up, you can set it on your thighs... or if you lay face down on a bed, you can sit it near your head. But you don't have the versatility of positioning that you do with a tilt screen on a laptop. That's another one of those uses I think you're stretching on and not thinking through entirely.
When Apple comes out with a slate that can do as much as or more (e-reader) than my MacBook, then they'll have me interested. I still just wish they'd do a touchscreen MBP. Just replace the regular screen with a touchscreen, jack the price up, and that will sell very well.
