    Re: Parenthood

"Parenthood has a new episode average of a 2.63 rating for adults 18-49. It may not look like much, but on NBC it’s the biggest scripted fish they’ve caught all season. NBC has only 3 scripted shows with better new episode averages (Office, 30 Rock and Law & Order: SVU). By comparison, CBS has thirteen scripted shows with a better ratings average.
On CBS, Parenthood would get thrown back in the lake. On NBC, it looks like a trophy"
    .

This is as of April 13th. Most stuff I've been reading about the series says it's not a hit, but likely to be renewed.

Last night's episode made me a fan. I'll be trying to catch up on the one or two I missed soon.

I can't find old episodes of this anymore. My go-to site stopped streaming them for some absurd reason and hulu has that five previous episodes limit. I've only seen the first two episodes.

No DVR? They show replays Saturdays at 8PM (EST) on NBC, so you'll be able to catch this last one.
EDIT: NBC has at least the last five episodes viewable on their site: OOpps-i guess you have that with Hulu

Yea, I won't move forward unless I can watch the next episode. There seems to be a story with this show and I don't want to skip five or so episodes.

And no DVR here. With the internet, I figure I don't need it. Go figure.

Happens in real life all the time though.

Still loving this show. This and The Office are the only two shows I make sure to watch On Demand or on Hulu every week. (Until, of course, It's Always Sunny and The League are back) Engaging story and heavy stuff.

And fsquid...as Bruins said...that exact situation happens ALL THE TIME. Especially in high school.

It may happen all the time but it doesnt mean I want to watch it on my television at home. They have been dragging this whole boyfriend stealing angle out for way too long. Get over it already, you refused to put out and dumped his *** so he found someone else, deal with it already.

Actually, I don't mind the angle because now you have Christina totally hating her Sister-In-Law and niece. At first, I did think it was gay, but I get it now.

Predictable finale, but the way they wrote it made it fantastic nonetheless. Great writing, great acting, just a really well done show.
