lol its not about being PC. A guy died in that picture because the idiot in the car drove straight into them while he was driving on the wrong side of the street.

I hate when guys on bikes are in front of me as well, but I'm not going to laugh when 15 of them get plowed killing 1 and injuring others while doing a bike marathon because an incompetent driver plows right into them.

Tragic images and events should only elicit certain emotions and reactions, not be available for whimsical amusement.

But like I said, we've been desensitized eons ago. I"m going to mark it from the time of the original Friday The 13th.

I think what curious about the broadcast is that some of Tony's cohorts made some comments far more inflammatory than he did.

Wow. Like Tony was really angry or anything. He was really calm for most of the segment that is on that youtube link. Sure, he gets fired up at one or two points but he was actually being rational. I love me some Tony

I hate bicyclists more as a pedestrian than I do when I'm in my car. I work in Boston and have to dodge the dbags who ignore stop lights, one way streets, sidewalks, whatever in their quest to get where they're going. I really hate this city sometimes.

Completely agree, no way should anybody be laughing at something that resulted in a death. Not laughing at that has nothing to do with being PC, it has to do with acting like a decent human being.

I don't find a careless driver killing somebody and injuring others to be funny in the least. Quite frankly, I find it a little disturbing that others do because apparently disliking cyclists make it okay to laugh at somebody dying for those people.

Whatever I guess people just have a sick sense of humor nowadays.

My best friend got hit by a drunk driver while walking about 4 feet away from me on the 4th of July 2008. Luckily he survived because it was a Kia Rio, but he was in a coma for a few days and was in the hospital for a month. People being hit by cars = not funny.

I apologize if my overly sarcastic and exaggerated attempt at humor conjured up emotional points of your life. Obviously no one deserves to be hit by a car for riding a bicycle or walking down the street.

A more appropriate reaction to annoying bicyclists would be either lightly hitting them with your open door as you drive by, tapping their rear wheel with your front bumper (TK style), or throwing a stick in their spokes when they weave inches past you while you're crossing the road.

It's all good, until that happened I would have laughed too, but since then any pictures of people being hit by cars just irk me, that's all. People are allowed to think whatever they want, if I find something funny that you find disturbing so be it. Is it funny that someone died in the picture?? Of course not but I laughed when I first saw it because I hate bicycle "guy". I dont think man I hope all the little guys in that horrible little picture are all ok.
I think do you know how many times I have wanted to run over Joe Biker in his tights when they are hogging the road! Now will I ever run over a guy on a bike?? Of course not, but that doesnt meen alittle part of me wants to. Again people need to get over telling other people what to think.
