Very few people would make a video like that. Then again, very few people have a smash hit on their hands with a domestic abuse song, haha.

This CD is hands down (to me) his best performance since The Eminem Show.

I would rank it 3rd behind The Eminem Show & The Marshall Mathers Lp., and the more I listen to it and take in his lyrics on each song, it inches it's way towards surpassing the Marshall Mathers Lp.

It's an album that I think has to grow on you. If you only listen to his metaphors and punchlines on the record once, you miss so many subtle references in his raps. The first time I listened to each song, I kept catching myself falling a couple seconds behind, trying to process what he had said the line before.

But as I listen to it more and more, it just blows me away. His metaphors aren't where they were in his "prime" (if you will), but I think the number of amazing metaphors he drops per song, just blow you away.

I would give it an...8.5 or 8.7 out of 10 (right now...give me a few more times to listen to it, and it could bump up to a 9)

Side note - Favorite songs on the album: "No Love", "Space Bound", "Cinderella Man", "Love The Way You Lie", "Talkin' 2 Myself", and one that I don't see many people loving,..."Seduction" (I read a review on a "rap song meanings" site, and apparently "Seduction" is viewed as somewhat of a diss song to Jay-Z & Drake....not sure, but if you read the explanation, you could see where they are coming from)

I highly, highly doubt that. He's about to have those 2 concerts in Detroit and NY with Jay next month, did "Forever" with Drake, and both Em and Jay were brought on stage at Drake's October's Very Own Festival in Toronto.

I've always wondered just what the hell Em was talking about, or WHO he was talking about, on Seduction. I still don't think there's a concrete answer out there.

I never said I believed it, but that song does seem to be a song open to interpretation. He does seem to be dissing a nameless rapper in the song, but it may just be a direct shot at no real rapper in particular.

EDIT: here's the link...just click on the part about "and I'm not about to sit back and keep rhyming one syllable, nah." That's where the guy suggests that he's dissing Jay-Z.

and the part this person interprets to mean he's dissing Drake is the line about "You're gonna wanna go throw out your whole album......."

I figured it was at Nick Cannon and Mariah.

I don't believe Em has ever mentioned Beyonce and I don't think Drake is with anyone famous (and that's ignoring that he has done huge songs with both).

It's about a famous girl who Em was with and is now with a rapper who Em seems to think is awful. It seems pretty clear to me that it would be the girl and her rapper husband he's been dissing for 2 years.

I read many different places that the girl in the song is "hip hop", and that it leaves the other rappers once Eminem comes back to the game by seducing them back.

This is also proved when Eminem says she has a 7 cd changer in her car and his cd's are in all the slots. Eminem hss made exactly 7 studio albums in his career.

I believe it has nothing to do with Nick Cannon and Mariah.

Hip hop being the girl is what I originally thought the song was about, but after reading that guy's explanation as to why he thinks there could be shots at Jay Z in there, I could sort of understand that.

I keep listening to this CD, and now i believe that "No Love" is the best song on there without doubt. The combo of Wayne and Em is nice, but it feels like Em goes harder with every verse. Its been a while since i've heard someone rap like that

After listening to the entire CD probably 30 times, for me it goes:

                              Tier One
                              No Love

For me, now that I have listened to it probably ... 300-400 times (no lie ... seriously haven't listened to anything else since Recovery leaked) ... here's mine, ranked in order within each tier as well:

                                Tier One
                                No Love

                                Talkin' 2 Myself
                                Not Afraid
                                Space Bound
                                Going Through Changes
                                Seduction

                                Tier Two
                                Cold Wind Blows
                                Almost Famous
