It's hilarious to me that people are still trying to argue that a cartoon that was created just to sell toys somehow has some great source material to make a story out of.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -

Re: Megan Fox will not be in Transformers 3
I am sorry Megan is hot makeup or no make up, end of story.
Spoiler
But I vote Bar for her replacement. I don't find Brooklyn Decker attractive really. I think she has a rough looking face. I think Andy could do better lol
Super hot and has a really pretty face. And is not sickly skinny looking.

Re: Megan Fox will not be in Transformers 3
Plus, no one is even asking for a Grade-A story here, we're just asking for a decent story to go along with the robot fights and explosions. The story told in Transformers was decent enough, but the story slipped in Transformers II and along with it the quality of the movie.
Cool explosions and robots fighting each other is fine and dandy, but unless there is some kind of story to make me vested in the movie, those explosions and fights can't keep me attached for two hours. I can't turn my brain off for two hours and just watch explosion after explosion, but maybe others can.
Oh, and by the way, this is coming from the guy that watched Transformers (2007) on HBO almost every single day (sometimes more than once a day) two summers ago. I absolutely loved that movie. As for Transformers II, I saw it once in theaters and then tried to watch it again on HBO a week ago and turned it off halfway through. The explosions were still there, so were all the characters, so why didn't I like it? The story, plain and simple.Last edited by tsalbysp; 05-21-2010, 01:43 PM.Comment

You can make a good story out of anything, man. All it takes is some thought and effort.

Re: Megan Fox will not be in Transformers 3
Won't bother me too much eventhough she was the only reason I saw the movie in the first place and I still could only make it through half the 1st movie.
I gotta have a little bit of substance in the movies I watch."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

Re: Megan Fox will not be in Transformers 3
I submit to you BraveStarr. This was a pretty brilliant cartoon for its time and had quite an imaginative concept (The Western genre set in space) which was more deep then your typical kids cartoon. I suggest you try to find it online somewhere because it was quite the show. The lead character even had links to native american culture and Native shamanism.
Of course, what doomed it from being remembered is that the show was out LONG before the toys came out and thus the show was doomed to a short run for such a series.
So not every toyline based show is "crap".Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
