i understand your "Pause". Only thing that matters is that you like your MyTouch. I wonder if the Bing could be removed by rooting (jailbreaking) it. The Android community is always working on hacks to remove stuff that you don't want. If you like it, that's all that matters. Enjoy your phone.

I'd rather go with something that out of the box, at least works fairly well. I think HTC is pretty good about getting updates out for their Android powered devices. They take a while, but they usually are able to hit most of their devices.
I think the My Touch Slide is a solid phone, maybe a little underpowered hardware wise considering all the other Android phones out in the marketplace now, but it's still a good phone. Plus, if it's got a solid keyboard, that's great on a Android powered phone.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried. We’re talking about on the biggest stage, in New York, playing out of position and asked to hit fourth for the New York Yankees. I mean, that’s never been done.” - Sheffield on SheffieldComment

Re: Best T-Mobile Android Phone
The SWYPE software has rendered my keyboard (the one that I love) almost obsolete. It's only built in ready on a few phones, predominately both CLIQs and the second MYTouch and MyTouch Slide.

The reduced need for a physical keyboard still gives me only one option and that would be the Vibrant (the Galaxy S variant). It's confirmed for a Thursday release (July 15th). If the price stays within the $330-$430 range it will be hard for me to turn down.
EDIT:The Vibrant will have Swype.Last edited by JayBee74; 07-12-2010, 11:17 PM.Comment

Places that I couldn't get internet connections with my Blackberry (like my work bathroom) I get easily and quickly with my MyTouch.Comment
