I've learned to accept that film and television will always find an escape hatch for the hero.

I don't know about you guys but, I loved the light switch story at the beginning. I kept looking at my girlfriend like "now you know what's up when I'm following you turning off lights" and she knew it was spot on.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

After an episode airs I'm not going to spoiler tag my posts. I don't see the point and I don't do it for other shows.

Re: The Walking Dead
Ha...seems like it.
Here we go...
If you're talking about something that has happened in the most recently aired episode, you do not need spoiler tags. If it has happened, it has happened and therefore you can talk about it openly without spoiler tags.
If you're talking about previews for an upcoming episode, or have insider info from an article somewhere or any other thing that may spoil an upcoming episode, it needs tags.
Hopefully people use common sense when entering threads. I didn't watch this until Monday night, therefore I stayed out of the thread until...Monday night.Comment

Brandon may have been more referring to the pointing out of a flaw in a scene or whatever that some people may not want to read

Re: The Walking Dead
PLUS....my wife and I hate watching episodic shows(waiting for the next one)...so we wait until the entire season is available and watch it as much as we like.
While I will skim, just to get a vibe on a show and try and stay away from anything specific.....the SPOILER tags do make that a bit easier.

Re: The Walking Dead
How would you post about an episode that hasn't aired?

Re: The Walking Dead
Had no idea about this show until another forum put me on it; also didnt know there was a comic series which is gonna suck for avoiding potential spoilers from every angle but just wanted to chime in and say it is locked and loaded in the dvr for now on after just one episode.Ericmaynor3.com

Re: The Walking Dead
It did stay pretty close to the comics, the only major difference was the tank wasn't there in the when he got surrounded in Atlanta.HELLO BROOKYLN.

People should be able to openly discuss what is going on in every episode.
I know what you want to do and trust me, I've faced the same issue with other shows as well, but it makes very little sense to have a show thread where people are forced to use spoiler tags for episodes that have aired."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
