I saw that story last night... that's a long wait for season 2. It wouldn't be as bad if season 1 wasn't just 6 episodes.

"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: The Walking Dead
Even better. AMC is just pumping out some awesome stuff. I finally ordered the first season of Breaking Bad after watching the pilot when it came on after The Walking Dead last week.

Re: The Walking Dead
For those wondering...
The Walking Dead added (yes, added) more viewers in Week 3.
5.1 million viewers after 4.7 in week 2.
I think week 4 will be important after this non-zombie episode. It's possible people tuned in after the buzz. But, will they be turned off by the slower paced third episode?"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: The Walking Dead
That's my worry. I think Ep 4 returns back to the zombie-heavy story that hooked everyone who saw eps 1 and 2. They've got to find Murl and recover the walkies and weapons bag. That's going to be a tough task. Might be a few more stragglers in the mountains around the campsite as well. I'm expecting a lot of action for ep 4Comment
