Re: Creepy Alien Stories
I just watched one of those travel shows....and the girl traveled to an island of South America(Kuna, I think) and they were very, very much "stuck in time"....no tv etc...and they all believe that they are descendants of some sort of alien travelers that visited earth. Not earth shattering in anything except that it's just very interesting that an entire people would believe that(to me anyway)

And of course, there's the whole "who built the Pyramids/Stonehedge" thing. They had a few episodes on that type of stuff, and it was interesting.Comment

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
The one thing that has always interested me from that show is the stone work in South America because its something that anyone can go see. The cuts they did were so well done along with the patterns are said to too complex for that civilization yet its there. Those types of things interest me since its not just a photo or video but actual physical things that can be inspectedAaron

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
Why? We weren't around back then. Ancient civilizations weren't dumb. They may not have been as advanced as today, but it's not like they were a bunch of bumbling idiots running around, otherwise their civilization would fall.Comment

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
You answered it in your own response. How can they possibly do this with the known tools they were using, and we can't with all of our cutting edge technology?Comment

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
I don't know man. Seems like these UFO sightings are on the rise.
All I know is that nothing is what it seems. I believe in aliens, but who knows, all this UFO stuff could be a smoke screen for something even more devious.
Maybe its just my mind working overtime, but it seems like something is about to be revealed soon. Almost like they are conditioning us for something big.
Add in the news of the new planet that was discovered that lies smack dab in the habitable zone. All the declassified files from all over the world. Seem like we might be getting closer to the truth.Comment

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
It seems odd with all the recent UFO sightings and such and how ancient civilizations might have been visited. It makes you think that its possible something might happen in 2012? I dont believe anything will happen but it does make you think.MLB: Texas Rangers

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
yeah I agree, 2012 is bologna. Its like if it were the end of humanity, what do we just "know about it"? I know it started from the Mayan calendar ending. What I dont get is how we expect them to create an infinite calendar? Like unless they still had someone sitting in a room updating the calendar, it was bound to end at some point right? Like they went like 2k years into the future, whats the point? Its like up the mayan calendar ends, the world is going to end, the planet is going to flip on its side and we will all die.
With all we know about the way things work, we know things dont happen over night in the universe. We arent just going to wake up on Dec 21st 2012, look out the window and say, man, theres 20 ft of snow, guess we are in a new ice age. Or hey its the 20th of December 2012 and we have no clue whats going to happen tomorrow. Might be a nuclear war, or it might be some tidal waves for no reason that demolishes humanity. Nothing happens in a "year or 2". If the earth was going to do something where as we would not be able to inhabit it after dec 21st 2012, we would have more than enough proof at this point, but the fact that nothing is changing, or has been changing, is proof that nothing crazy is happening. I know its "global warming" etc, etc. But for it to be the end of the world in 2 years from now, it better turn into "global burning" quick cause right now its just a bit warmer than usual.Comment
