Why couldn't these "Aliens" not need what we need to sustain life? What if they didn't need Water and oxygen but could use some sort of other Elements to live?

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
If anyone else wants the video, please PM me. It has a slightly religious focus but is very scientific and talks about the unlikeliness of another earth-like planet in the universe.Bears | Bulls | Cubs | Illinois | #Team3Some

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
People dont like to share their stories because of type of people that will call them crazy for it. When you see guys laughing at people who believe aliens exist, kills the motive to post your story. Its a huge reason we dont have more reports on sitings, people dont want to subject themselves to the ridicule. When you have high ranking military officials, astronauts, and pilots lose their credibility from trying to share their story, makes it understandable why guys here wouldnt share them.Comment

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
This sight has alot of interesting things. I think alot of evidence of advanced ancient civilizations lays beneath the sediment in the oceans and places we have not excavated. I believe man has been here and nearly died off numerous times before and the technology of the pyramids, etc is not from aliens. The sight has some religious undertones, but simply speaking, I think man has been here longer than we think.

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
I guess Ill give my UFO story, it isnt really that compelling, but its mine lol.
When I was about 8 or 9 I was in my backyard, well on my back patio. In between my house and this shed that was right behind my house. My aunt and uncle lived next door and he was outside his house cooking on his grill.
We cpuld see each other but beyond a "hey whats up?" we werent interacting. So Im there doing my thing, throwing a ball off the shed or something, just messing around, and I see something. Now I dont know if I looked up cause I saw something or if I was just looking up, but this thing shot over my head. It was a red glowing hockey puck and it moved across the entire sky then out of site.
It made no sound, there was no smoke or anyhting like that, it was just this glowing red thing and I watched it shoot overhead and it looked like it bent with the earth as it disappeared in the distance.
My Uncle started screaming like wow did you see that? I asked what it was, he had no clue, for the majority of my life I told people I saw a comet. My mom was like wow, cool. Nobody really cared about it.
Years later I would always think about it and eventually I realized that was no comet, and by the time I wanted to go talk to my uncle he divorced my aunt and I never saw him again. A while back I went on a UFO website and asked people what they thought it was. Someone said meteorite, another swears that was the ship that abducted him, so Ill take the middle and say it was just a UFO lol. I still have no clue, but meteorite, etc is most plausible.Comment

Re: Creepy Alien Stories
thats what I meant, while he was flying in a plane
I never said they were experts on life, i said they we're experts on devices of aviation, hell even you said they were. therefore they would be able to decide whether something they see is something they've seen or heard about before, or whether there was a craft of which they're never seen and don't understand the technology behind it. So please quit saying that i think they are experts on ET life because they aren't.
Also they're are plenty of countries that actually matter that haven't released any info on the matter. In fact there are more countries who haven't released anything at all than there are who did, and have you personally looked at any of the info released, most of them are bull **** but In addition why are countries that are no where near close to a war or conflict and really aren't a militaristic power be compiling information on UFO's if they didn't think it was credible and therefore worth looking into?
No schizo, but people trust their government too much
I hate to say this, and i mean all due respect, but you sometimes sound really far detached from reality. Saying that "some of them are unexplainable unless you introduce aliens" is about as realistic as saying "Beause i can't explain the aurora borialis i must conclude they are christmas lights hung by god." Also, the concept that those who write books or are in one profession doesn't make them experts automatically. Go to a book store and see how many millions of books there are on every single topic imaginable. Same goes for professions. Besides, the concept of there being alien lifeform visiting us is a lot "sexier" sell than to say it's pretty unlikely that with the size of the universe for alien life forms to easily find us and not be detected.
My point is this idea also of government having the power to create a legitimate world wide coverup so deep as to hide any and all irrefutable evidence of aliens visiting us is so far away from reality it's nuts. You give the government far too much credit. Heck, our government can't even cover up our former president getting a whitehouse BJ from a secretary but they can manage to fully coverup other life forms from showing themselves? Do they have some sort of handshake agreement with aliens in every country saying "well if you wont tell, we'll be obscure?" The govt can lie and mislead people in every country about things related on this planet but its pretty ridiculous to think that every country not in the dark ages has the power to fully coverup the concept of aliens outside of blurry pics, eyewitness accounts 99% of the time explainable, youtube videos, and former govt employees looking to sell books or further their own agenda for god knows what reason.
Nothing to do with trusting the government and everything to do with stop watching so much tv and start realizing governments donthave anywhere near the power to hide alien life forms from other worlds flying around earth without being so fully exposed there is no way to hide. You honestly have to be kidding if you think the US, Canada, China, Russia, England, Japan, Italy,Korea, North Korea, France, Holland, all of Scandinavia, South America, Africa, and any other technologically based country has a big government "hush hush" agreement all together.Yankees, Manchester United, Chicago Bears, New York RangersComment

I mean this respectfully, but I think you need to separate what's reality and what could be reality, and what you want to be the truthLast edited by dossier; 11-02-2010, 10:34 PM.Comment
