I think the most obvious would be either Robin and Don or Ted's sister.

I, too, think it's Barney and Robin's wedding. The way he told her that she looked really nice after she sun dressed up, and the fact that Barney kept telling Ted that he wanted to be his best man at Ted's wedding were both foreshadowing that to me. The only other thought I had was that maybe it was Stella's wedding. She apparently was really important in that one episode last year, although it was never explained why, as all that happened in that episode was that she gave Ted a pep talk.
