He makes cheap movies and always makes a profit. Thats why he will always make bad movies. He makes these movies on a 20-40 million dollar budget and he makes his budget back in two weeks in the theaters.

The shame is that "Colored Girls" is a decent play and book and he's going to destroy it.

It's a shame. My wife and I saw the play back in the late 80's. We both really enjoyed it.

Yeah, I agree...but apparently his movies relate to some people, just not the people who post here I suppose.

I gotta respect his business model though...he has a target audience and makes cheap movies that audience loves. Makes money for sure.

His dvds sell out that is for sure. Women snatch up his movies and plays like flies on crap. Especially during the christmas season. And I swear a good amount of my female co workers based their opinion of men off his movies. Especially the Why Did I get married series.
