Re: Friday Night Lights Season 5
The only thing that bums me out is that I feel like the whole East Dillion storyline is refreshing, and could give the series at least one more season. The characters are all really well developed and I get pretty attached, it really sucked when they were wrapping up the stories for some of the guys on the panthers.Go Yankees
Go Rangers
Go Giants

Yup, I think at Dillion the show was getting close to running its course, but with the switch to East Dillion I think there's still a lot they could do.
Vince is such an awesome character.
SpoilerThe scenes with Vince in coach Taylor's office and his conversation with his father at the end were very powerful.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

SpoilerI thought they were saying TAMU all episode as in Texas A&M. I forgot they change the name of Texas State. It's funny they change the name, but on the stadium forgot to remove or cover up the Texas State stuff.Comment

With everything going on in this season I find it hard to believe they can leave the fans of the show satisfied by ending it now.NHL: Vegas Golden Knights

Julie easily went from one of my favorites on the show to my least favorite this season though. Every time I see her now, I want to slap her.Through music, you can live forever...TEAMS: San Diego Chargers, San Diego Padres, Notre Dame Fighting IrishComment

I'm with you. This season has been great. With everything happening with Vince, he's got at least another full season of solid plotlines.

I agree though, with everything going on it seems like they are setting it up for us to all hate them for not going at least one more season.
The only way I can see them getting away with ending it after this season is if Coach Taylor retires/ leaves the school. Or gets fired for some reason or another.NHL: Vegas Golden Knights

Billy Riggins has been a great character this season. I'm glad to see they gave him depth finally, instead of just "Tim's ******* brother" like he's been in the previous seasons.Through music, you can live forever...TEAMS: San Diego Chargers, San Diego Padres, Notre Dame Fighting IrishComment
