Anybody know if best buy will price match even if it says this product is technically sold by a different online retailer but fulfilled by amazon? Or do they only match the "sold by amazon" price? Just wondering because I am not in dire need of a new tv, as i do have an older 4k samsung, but the price (and the curve... and the hdr) intrigue me.
input lag is around the 20's on this set, is that good?

Yeah it is. The lowest is usually around 13-17 or so.

I know its a lower name brand set. But I have heard nothing but good things about this set except the sound. That's fine if you have a sound bar or whatever.

Also I'm hearing the Response time is 5.5ms could this be correct???

Well response time is going to be different than input lag time. My only concern with this one is that it most likely only has a 60 Hz refresh rate.

Edit: Actually, nevermind it has 120 Hz. spec wise it seems decent. Although there is no mention of HDR anywhere.

there in no HRD option on this set. Is that a big deal, I mean for the price its full UHD 4K. will this set still be good for an xbox one S and the new systems?

Well that's the thing you have to consider, Xbox One S does support HDR. To me, I would want a set with HDR, but that's only my opinion.

                Isn't UHD just as good?

With HDR, you're going to get blacker blacks and whiter whites.

Got it. I don't know, I still want a gaming monitor, I have to really think this out. I just bought a new none 4k set back in February.

I need a new set like a need a hole in my head. LOL.

So I ended up grabbing the ks8500 from Best Buy. Price dropped a bit more and it's price protected until Jan 15. If for any reason I don't notice a big enough difference between it and my current 4K set (I assume I will but I guess you never know), I can return up until Jan 15 as well.

Now I just have to figure out what to do with the older set... assuming I'm happy with my purchase haha

That's a real nice one. I sold someone a 60" version of that model.
