If they had a 70" version I would have already bought it... It is just SOOO hard to go down in size when it comes to TV's.

LG OLED are overrated.... Yea they have the best black levels but that tv suffers from terrible ABL and it does not get nearly as bright as Samsung or Sony tvs

The input lag is also not great

If you watch in a dark room then OLED is superior but for gaming and normal lighting conditions the Samsung 4K sets from their S line are the best this year

OLED is my next upgrade but I'm going to wait until they get input lag at a more respectable level especially with HDR. I wouldn't be surprised if next year they nail it. Also, I'm interested in seeing what Samsung does since they're bragging about their QLED tvs that are supposedly cheaper to make than OLED and supposedly superior in picture quality too.

Which Samsung is this? The ks8000-8500 series are 20ms input lag. Easily one of the lowest input lag tvs you can get now. The only one lower is the Vizio 2016 P series but only for non HDR gaming it's at 17ms which is great. I play the show on mine all the time and the timing is perfect on my swings.

That's the ones! The very very best computer monitors have between 9-15ms of input lag. When I want instant feedback playing something like Rainbow Six Siege, I play on my monitor. But my JU7500 from last year is still very very low input lag, in the 17-20ms range. The KS8000/KS8500 are in and around the same neighborhood.

When you start getting into the 40's, 50's and 60's (or worse) you will definitely feel it in a game like The Show and online shooters. For mostly single player games though, almost irrelevant.

Samsung is first class when it comes to TVs that have gaming in mind.

I use rtings for the colour balancing and base settings. I set my backlight setting higher though as in most reviews they mention they calibrate for a very dark room.

Thanks. I found some settings on the avs forums as a base and made a few tweaks to my liking. They recommend movie mode to start and it was just too dark for me

Movie mode was too dark for you?

It's the same as every other mode, but with more calibration controls. You can tweak things back to "bright and vivid" with that mode if you'd like.

Or are you saying that you did tweak from movie mode? If so, then good.

                              I tweaked from movie mode.

I upped the backlight and brightness a tad. Does anyone with this TV have bad motion blur with soccer and basketball? Still trying to get this tv to my liking.

Honesty do not like rtings.com settings at , some guys are correct here, they use movie mode and theater mode for all there settings, in think movie and theater mode look way to dark and washed out. I have learned to set my TV to what I like , cause at the end of the day all sets and environments are different. I have my own game and TV settings on my H8C and my set looks fantastic, well to me it does and that's all that counts .
