Smart TV features really aren't important to me, Would prefer something with 120 Hz though. Only need 1 HDMI input since my PS3, DVR all run through my receiver...

Just browsing Amazon.com (free shipping and no taxes in most states) there are several 46" 120Hz LCDs from Sony, Samsung and LG. LEDs in that size marks the price up to $900-1200 with no extra features.

This might be worth a look: http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-47TL51...291812&sr=8-23

                For $50 extra you get:
                47 inches
                240 Hz
                LED
                wifi (smart tv)
                passive 3D

Looks like a solid set and the price is definitely right....assuming it's in good working order. Have no idea about TigerDirect's warranty policy.

EDIT: The same LG you linked to also comes in a bundle for the same price. You get a free wall mount included. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...70858&csid=_22

                      Not bad.

Okay, I've come to the point where I want a big huge Mofoin' TV. A Plasma, I have decided. I have fallen in love with their refresh rate since I watch a ton of sports and play a ton of sports video games.

My Max price would be $800 and I'm looking for a 50+ inch set.

                          Any suggestions, fellas?

I bought a 51" Samsung 1080p/600Hz plasma from Best Buy last month. On sale for $799. Sale is still going on.

                              Are Vizio TV's any good?

We need a new TV and I saw this 32" Vizio LCD TV that I liked but I know nothing about it.
