I'd give it a C-C+. Saw this last week, was somewhat disappointed. Lots of shaky camera effect to simulate frenetic action. The action was okay, but I thought the dialogue was extremely pedestrian - there were many times I felt "geez I could've written better lines myself". I thought it'd be something along the lines of a darker Independence Day by way of Black Hawk Down (which it's NOWHERE near close as good).

I watched it on Blu Ray, last night.

I thought it was a pretty good movie. It could have been better in some spots, but it was still good. I felt like they needed a real southern person at times. (lol).

This movie was just a fun movie. Nothing life changing, but a fun theater movie.

Yeah I agree. Not a great movie by any means, but a decent action movie that held my attention.

Yeah, it's not the best movie in the world. It's like they took Gears, Resistance (newer chimera jumpers), and District 9 rolled into one film. It was 2 hours of mindless entertainment which is what I expected.

I liked it.

Cheesy dialogue and some rather familiar scene-types (a lot of Black Hawk Down scenes, some District 9, etc.) but the action was good and the movie was entertaining.
