The name doesn't bother me since I'm used to this franchise having some very long titles.

I saw the trailer for this before X-Men: First Class (awesome film) and once they said the name of the monkey, it clicked what this was and I got goosebumps. I'm looking forward to this.

The monkeys in that trailer are creepy as hell.

I think they look too creepy too but not in a good way. The CGI is not very good, the apes look unnatural and fake. You're gonna have that problem when you rely 100% on CGI to imitate a real animal. People watch enough nature shows to know how apes move around and they didn't do a very good job of making it look realistic enough. Kinda takes you out of the movie when the movements look kinda off.

I didn't really think much of the movie until I saw this trailer. It has changed my mind about it and I may just decide to watch it online but, It looks like something that could worth watching in the movies.

The CG doesn't bother me at all. I can deal with it.

I'm excited for this movie... like when Hulk was rebooted again it has the chance to help erase a movie that wasn't up to snuff for the majority... what I'm also looking forward to is the eventual parody of this with James Franco getting high with the monkey from Hangover II

Yeah, it definitely took me out when I saw the trailer. I gave it a second chance when seeing the trailer before Super 8 (on the same day haha), and the CGI was a total turn-off.

Granted, I haven't seen any of the other films before this. I just wish there was a more realistic looking compromise the director could have gone with.

Not feeling that movie marquee at all. But if I'm an underarm deodorant company... I"m figuring a way to market that!
