The last part of the episode. Why was Whole Foods banished from town? Was that supposed to be the symbol of Gentrification? It was confusing because they still had Shi Tpa Town so...the area was still Gentrified. I dunno I guess I didn't get why Whole foods and not the whole area.

Also PC Principal's speech at the end, is he saying people have to be as PC as possible in order to defeat ads???

I got the whole ad bashing thing at first, cause yeah screw them but I didn't really care that much like they seemed to.

I died at Randy and the whole gun thing, but I thought it was kind of a weak ending.

I wouldn't say I was disappointed because I do hate all the ad bull****. But I found the social justice way more entertaining. Very good season though.

Loved the episode. One thing that I find interesting is that a lot of people/reviewers seem to think that they're going back to the PC theme of last season. While shots at SJWs are inevitable, I think this episode actually set the foundations of a season-long arc of mocking the opposite of PC.

The Member Berries represent nostalgia. At first, nostalgia was fine as it only made references to movies, but then that desire for the good ol' days (that never actually existed) became more sinister as the berries talked about how America used to be "safer" before other groups started coming into the country. This would tie in well with the Garrison running for president arc, possibly providing reasoning for why his candidacy has been so successful?

Additionally, last season was one of the few times that South Park came down decisively on one side of an argument instead of just pointing out the flaws in both extremes. It would make sense after being so decidedly on one side of the argument that they would reverse it and mock the other extreme.

Who knew a bunch of 4th graders breaking up would be so impactful. lol

These first two episodes stunk. Deleted last night's about halfway through. Don't think I even cracked a smile once.
