Holy ****.

That was an amazing ending. And the preview......wow. Just wow. I guess I finally got my answer to where this season is going to take us and it looks gooood.

I'm feeling like where this season leads is to next season being the final one.

EDIT: Another thought just ran through my mind. I guess this unofficially confirms that Pared was right and Professor Gellar is imaginary because obviously Brian is dead, so he's the representation of Dexter's darkness. When you factor in that Travis and Dexter are basically one in the same (but on opposite sides), then Gellar is to Travis what Brian is to Dexter.

And man, I still can't get over that ending (and preview for next week). Such an awesome twist and just a genius idea. I was marking out hard as the episode came to an end. I still kind of am.

I'll go one further Bean, and likely be shot down. This is my favorite season so far.

I think at certain times Rita and the kids were a drag on the series. The first season minus Rita showcased Lumen, and the story didn't work all that well.

I am really enjoying this season too. I like the depth that they are going into with the characters. I am very interested to see what happens with the new detective.

Mike's been pretty uncontroversial up until now, with the exception of complimenting Dexter at the expense of the rest of Miami Metro. He is an interesting character.

I wonder if Masuka's assistant gets the hot girl.
