Re: Person of Interest (CBS, J.J. Abrams/Jonah Nolan)

Well guys, I started and finished Season 3 all in the past month. I always said I was going to watch it with my dad, but our schedules never really worked well with one another to get it going (plus we were watching Jeopardy, 24, TMNT, and Girl Meets World all the same haha... plus movies).

Since his passing, I have been able to key in and watch it. I enjoyed the season, though I have a feeling he wouldn't have liked it as much with the expansion of characters, organizations, etc. The first two seasons (especially the first one) having just a lot of Finch & Reese, plus Carter's aid, were enough for him.

Season 4 starts in ten days, and with the way S3 closed I'd like to know very little about how it's going to open up before it does. Needless to say, I'm antsy!

Going to read some of ya'll's comments on this past season now.

So why are there that many VHF antennas doing in New York City? I thought they were obsolete.

I guess the thought is that people just stopped using them, but never actually took them down...

It's plausible to me, in a city where most rent and many move often...

What do you figure was with that blonde woman who flashed a badge and then threw it in the garbage as she left the scene?

I'm pretty sure we viewers haven't seen her before...correct?

              AH HA!

My DVR cut off the first few seconds, so I didn't make the connection to (from TVLine site):

"As the cops clean up the scene, the mysterious Martine — under the guise of “Homeland Security agent Meg Watkins” — asks around, scoffing at the idea that a “gang war” is responsible for the mess".

Loved the season premiere, I don't remember the lady that came to investigate the gang way. Have to say that who ever selects the music they use is always on point.

The music with that ending was so nice

I think John put it best, "Just like old times." I love how this show can change modes so easily and how old characters are kept around and still viable, like Elias.

My favorite show on TV right now and it looks to be another wonderful and exciting season.

Anyone else love the fact that they are using the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles II: Secret of the Ooze hideout?

I like the hideout, but didn't realize it was Ninja Turtle related. Is they're a reason for that?

Haha no not really. It just looks VERY similar to the abandoned subway station that was used by the TMNT in the second movie.

I rolled back a few times and I STILL can't hear what Root says to Shaw just before Shaw leaves the elevator at the end / end...

                              Anybody?
