What happened to Marshall & Lily's home in New York? The one that they had to re-level the floors because they were slanted. Do they potentially have 3 homes now?

The show is definitely picking up and the last few episodes have been better.

This is probably the worst designed season schedule on TV. No new episode until March 19th.

The 1st 11 episodes came weekly. Episode 12 came off a 2 week break. There was a month break before episode 13. They took 1 week off and 2 weeks off before episodes 14 & 15 respectively before giving us 4 episodes in a row. Now we're on another 2 week break.

I was curious about that too. I don't remember it ever being said that they sold their apartment but maybe I missed it.

I believe they sold their house near the sewage plant. lol

For me this is a show that has outstayed it's welcome. I keep watching only to find myself wishing it was over. It was a good show for years but now it's just painful. It's no longer Legen "wait for it" dary. This one is off the record list.

I am enjoying it more this year than the last couple years. I think the show has gotten better. Well part of the show has gotten better, they need to stick to the Ted/Barney storylines. They are golden when they are together. NPH runs this show, he is damn funny.
As for Robin her character and storyline has become very stale to me (and she is not near as hot as she use to be). And the whole Marshall/Lilly storylines have become almost unwatchable. They need for Barney and Ted to move away and resume the show.

Marshall and Lilly's storylines had just become way too separate. I'm hoping that will change now that they're back living in the city. I agree with Robin - her character just isn't that interesting anymore (though, to be honest, I never loved her in the first place).

I don't mind Robin's storyline. It's been interesting to see her fall apart and handle all the things they keep throwing at her.

I was watching the thanksgiving episode where Barney volunteers and then they go to a strip club. At the very end, the stripper introduces herself as Tracy and apparently Ted tells his kids that part and then says that's how I met your mother. The kids sound in shock and wouldn't they only be in shock if Tracy was the mother's real name?

I know if my dad was telling me the story and said he met a girl who wasn't my moms name, I wouldn't act surprised at all, I would be like haha good joke. Thoughts?

That has been brought up several times but you have to remember, that was episode 7 or 8 I believe. At that time they didn't have a definitive plan for the mother.

In fact, if they hadn't been renewed after the first 15 episodes, when Ted walks into the bakery to see Victoria would have been how he met the mother.

So I don't believe that has anything to do with the revelation at all.
