Lily has her baby(and I've been saying it from the moment he died...they'll name their kid after Marshalls dad)

Hilarious and heartfelt finale! Wasn't surprised much about Robin being the bride.

Ted still pulled off a dickish move by not dropping Victoria off. I can't feel too bad about it though since this is the same guy who was trying to steal Victoria from him.

I dont think it was a "dickish" move at all.
He let other women go when he knew they were not the one.
He believes she is the one and for once is fighting for her!

I think the Victoria stuff just makes sense in that Ted's over Robin now, and the only other woman he really thought he could marry was Victoria. Ted needs to figure that out, get over that, before he can really find the one

I call it dickish because I know what it feels like to be betrayed. Even Ted said that himself. Since we know both sides of the story though, I don't feel too bad about Ted driving off with Victoria. And as you've pointed out, Ted's generally been the good guy and I can get behind his motivation.

I call it dickish because I know what it feels like to be betrayed. Even Ted said that himself. Since we know both sides of the story though, I don't feel too bad about Ted driving off with Victoria. And as you've pointed out, Ted's generally been the good guy and I can get behind his motivation.

Oh believe me i have been on that other side of it too. I just went thru a divorce in which my ex was messing around with one of her co workers. But there is something to be said to not lettting go of the person who is or who you think is the love of your life and wants all the same things you do.

I find it ironic that Ted did this considering that he had basically the exact same thing happen to him. I thought when he decided to drop her off back at her wedding, it was cause he realized that he's doing the exact same thing that others did to him.

So what will season 8 focus on?

Marshall-Lily raising their baby

Ted-Victoria thing will last maybe a few mins in the S8 premiere,but that's it, so what's left for him to do?

I find it interesting that every main character has had one failed engagement/proposal.

Marshall/Lily had theirs in season 1-2
Ted had his with Stella
Robin with her therapist
And now Barney with Quinn

All very interesting, and I can't wait for season 8!
