Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
At some point, I might watch The Killing which got some great-good reviews over the course of it's four season run including a couple of cancellation-revivals. After AMC canceled it a second time Netflix picked it up for a final six-episode fourth season. It stars Mireille Enos who was the lead on The Catch. I didn't know she was married to Ferris Bueller's best friend.

Bloodline was an easy watch for me despite aSpoilerpenultimate 9th episode that invoked the ghost of Danny and other weird things going around in John's head.
Linda Cardellini (Meg) wasSpoilerabsent much of the second half of this season.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
Enjoyed the season and the series as a whole. Rayburn family are hands down the largest collection of blood related scumbags on television. Even the Gallagher family in Shameless are decent people at their core. The Rayburn family not so much.
However
SpoilerThe final 2 episodes left a bad taste. Episode 9 was a total waste of 50 plus minutes. I get what was trying to be achieved, but the whole thing was one big swing and miss. Failure to show us the conversation between John and Nolan at the end was a disappointing way to finish things.. I guess it all felt very rushed and dissatisfying. Which I can understand since the show was originally planned to go 5 seasons long. Still a bummer.Comment

Spoilercertain people to get away or not get away without.
The final episode had a lot going on including the grim revelation thatSpoiler(Sally) Sissy Spacek was very bitter toward her male children.
Just an observation but they can put David Zayas in as many shows as they want to as far as I'm concerned. Whether he's in a major, minor or in-between role he delivers.Comment

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
New seasons of CW shows (SuperGirl, Flash, Arrow, etc.) starting to make their way onto Netflix. SuperGirl and Flash are already up, expecting Arrow to be on their tomorrow. Loving the deal that CW and Netflix agreed to last year.

Master of None was top notch. Such a good show. The writing is phenomenal. This has to be one of my top shows right now. I totally want to just hang out with Aziz Ansari. He seems like a totally chill dude.

"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
I watched the Pilot episode for The Last Kingdom. My initial impressions are good, but I find myself comparing to the story and style from Vikings.. and I definitely prefer Vikings' interpretation so far. I don't know where the show is headed and I'm sure it's great, but how I felt about it during the first 45ish minutes of the pilot compared to the last 10 minutes was totally different..
I may put it on the backburner and start another show instead to mix up the genre. I try to keep one Amazon and one Netflix show going. I just finished Black Sails, completely caught up on S4 of Vikings, and I have just a few episodes left of The 100 to be caught up.
I know it's not a Netflix Original, but does anyone watch Shameless ?Comment

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
I like it and I liked Ansari in a more exaggerated role on Parks And Recreation. I didn't like the Nashville episode but the next one with Condola Rashad (black girl on Billions) was hilarious. I'm getting ready to watch #8 of season 1.Comment
