If certainly could not maintain it's level of excellence throughout the series but there were many scenes before the decline that gave me the chills.

Agree on 1 and 4. I liked the Dexter-Doakes dynamic in season 2 but didn't care for Lila
      Spoiler
I was a big fan of season three with Smits and considered it underrated.

Got kind of weird after she found out though.

I thought she was hot, some people didn't.

Wife and I started watching a series that had started out on ABC and then picked up by Netflix. I actually like the 10-12 episode year; the plot stays focused and doesn't wander. Never thought I would think that.

Oh, I was focused on the characters. I knew about their real life relationship including rumors that Michael C Hall's ogling of Julia Stiles' (Lumen) backside contributed to the breakup.

Yeah, and they were separated well before that. As many know Hall had a cancer diagnosis during their marriage.

Yeah, although I don't really love the 8 episode seasons of shows (I understand them from a budgetary/quality of special effects standpoint) I do now prefer 10-13 episode seasons for all shows. As you say it keeps the story tight.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Couldn’t get into the Jeffrey Epstein documentary-bailed after 15 minutes.

Just started watching "Marianne" French Show. Won't say much, but that 1st episode was so intense.

Wonder what took me so long to start watching this.

LA92, backstory on the LA riots. I watched the HBO doc on Ali a couple weeks ago, and I really like the way they both did the whole thing with no narration, no talking head interviews, just footage. Anyone have any other good doc recommendations in that style?

My wife and I were considering watching this. Did you see the one that NBC (I think) did last year? If so, what did you think of that one?
