I hope they focus more on Piper again in season 3 as season 2 drifted towards more of an ensemble cast, but I still enjoyed it.

Next up is probably either Dexter or maybe I'll finish up the mini-series The Assets. I also will probably try to rewatch some of House of Cards before season 3 comes out next month.

I've gotten really into watching TV series like these lately. I hate sit-coms for the most part (Seinfeld being an exception), but I like series like Breaking Bad, Prison Break, etc. that really draw you in for an extended period of time. I usually try to watch an episode each night before bed (though in some cases, like with OITNB, that morphed into binge watching, LMAO).
I wouldn't bother with dexter. It starts off really good then becomes a disaster for the last few seasons to one of the worst finales I've ever seen. Have you watched sons of anarchy? I'm on that now and it's great. It has a godfather feel to it

Absolutely. Its one of the biggest disappoints I ever had in a tv show. Watch it until the Trinity Killer, maybe a season after that so you know how things unfold but thats it.

Probably my favorite new show is on Netflix, Peaky Blinders. It's about a gang, post WW1 in Birmingham, England. The main character was in Inception and one of the other characters played Bane. The show is centered around a family who runs an illegal gambling ring. They're looking to expand while also going legit. It's a great show.

What they're touting as The Defenders is coming to Netflix (which will include Luke Cage and Iron Fist). Disney struck a deal. If I read something correctly, they're going to release the episodes all at once you one can binge right away if they want to.

Just started watching this as well.

Best comparison is the British equivalent of Boardwalk Empire. It's off to a really good start.

Nice gangster series across the pond. Sam Neill's chracter is something else. Netflix will stream season 3 but it will be awhile. They have to wait for the original UK broadcast to run and they haven't even announced the cast for the third season. I'm looking forward to it.

The great Tommy Flanagan (Chibs-Sons Of Anarchy) appears briefly as the father of the main gangsters. He doesn't play a salt of the earth character.

Did Netflix removed the "Watch It Again" (I think that's what it was called) tile? I can't seem to find it. It was a good backup if I happened to remove something from my list and wanted to watch again.

Those tiles cycle on some devices.

On my PC....I always get the same ones....but on my DVD or TV using the netflix app....I get different ones different times.

The Johnny Carson special wasn't bad. Some info. about him I wasn't aware. I wasn't a big fan of Carson, but the guests he usually had on were par none (slight pun).

And if you haven't caught "The History of the Eagles". Do so.

I really liked the Johnny Carson special. I never knew Jay Leno continued the Joan Rivers ban, and Fallon ended it.

The History of the Eagles is friggin' addicting. I've watched it twice and could easily do so again.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix

I found a couple of great shows through netflix. I binge watched the entire first 6 or 7 seasons of Psych. I binged Arrow seasons 1 and 2, season 1 is way better than 2, IMO. Waiting for season 3 to come on later this summer. And hoping the Flash makes it as well. Looking forward to those Disney/Marvel shows to come on like Daredevil. I also started to watch Law and Order: SVU when it came on for the first time and now it is back. White Collar is another good one, if you like crime shows. It's about a con artist and FBI agent working together. I also started to watch Prison Break but stopped when I found some other stuff to watch. I also binge watched Leverage. Criminal Minds is good. Friends is on here now. Since this a sports forum website, I feel obligated to mention the U 30 for 30s. Both of them were excellent, I had to watch them for a class that I took last semester in college. Another good 30 for 30 could Playing for the Mob, it talks about the guy immortalized in Goodfellas, Henry Hill. And the final one I got is Marvel's Agents of SHIELD.
