Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
You're right it is the "What's good to watch on Netflix" thread, but it's also the only thread on here dedicated to discussion about Neflix right now.
I didn't mean to boast or brag about AP or any other service, just making a point that the well had officially run dry for me on Netflix.
It was great when I was catching up on Parks and Rec, Arrested Development, HIMYM, Breaking Bad, Dexter, etc..
there's a lot of content for a lot of people, but for me there's nothing left and I have no interest in any of the Netflix Originals.
I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade. Just clearing up my last post...Last edited by AUChase; 02-21-2015, 09:55 PM.Comment

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
No...that's cool. I actually didn't know that Amazon changed up their product. And we buy a lot of stuff from Amazon and have cut the cable cord years ago.... so ya never know.
I think one of the things that is great about NF, and now it seems AP too, is that younger people get to watch the shows that we enjoyed in our youth. And generally, they seem to like them. Andy Griffith is a 5 star show and I'm sure lots of those ratings came from older folks but younger generations I'm sure rated it high as well.Comment

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
I've been on a documentary kick lately. "Generation Iron" "Desert Runners" and "Rising From Ashes". All sports-related (bodybuilding, running and cycling, respectively) and all very good and worth a watch. I've got a couple of mountain bike-themed ones lined up, so will likely watch those next.Currently Playing:

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
I just finished watching the first two seasons of the Australian TV series Wentworth. Pretty good show, IMO. It took me a few episodes to get into it, but it was good. I guess it's sort of like Oz, but set in a women's prison in Australia. There's killing, drugs, and all that fun stuff.Comment

Yep he definitely is that guy. You're like hey it's that guy from Grounded for Life. I think he was in Ghost Rider as well. He was the director guy for when Cage did the Evel Knievel stuff. Also not trying to go off topic, but why does everyone hate Nicolas Cage? All of the movies I have seen him in he has done a good job.Comment

Just got started on The Blacklist... I love everything about James Spader's character. So much fun to watch him, and the rest of the show has been pretty good so far too.NFL: Bills

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
Such a good show. I watched all of the first season and I watched a couple of episodes of the second season but with going back to college I have stopped watching it for this season because I am so far behind, but I am going to be binge watching during my summer break.Comment

Unfortunately, I started it too late to really catch any of the start of season 2, so I'll have to wait till it shows up on Netflix.Comment

Two episodes left in the first season of Blacklist, and then I'll have to figure out how to get caught up on a Season 2. Hopefully it's as good as the first season has been.NFL: Bills
