First episode was cheesy. Dj is the only one capable of acting. Feel like we missed a chance to see a good film actress if she stuck with it and grew over the years.

I do like the middle son. Funny kid. Good timing.

She did try to branch out a bit but I think the fact that she was on such a cutesy pie show like Full House didn't help her at all. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she married one of the Bure boys and her life became pretty much secure.

Seems like mixed reviews here....I'll have to check it out at some point then.

It's terrible.

I said 5 minutes into the first one I would give the second one a chance because I knew the first one would be a reintroduction of things but gave up with the second one.


My fiancee is still watching as we speak but I've checked out and will be playing with the puppy until bed time.

It's just as cheesy and sappy as ever, maybe even more so judging from that first episode. I cringed and turned away a lot. I'll keep watching it though, that's just what it is and always has been about. I watched the show as a kid and now my kids watch the reruns and were looking forward to it. They did put some jokes in that surprised me, like Jesse's comment about sunken ships and lost "seamen".

DJ fine as hell though.


Edit: Just finished 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny' too. Not great. Clear drop off from the first movie. There were some nice fighting scenes to be seen as expected but as a whole the film felt kind of disjointed.

I don't have Netflix but I plain to watch this with my friend at his place when I can. I am not expecting a lot from it. I mean how many shows end up getting a spin off in the first place and how many of those are good? Not many. But because I used to watch full house all the time and still watch it some times I am going to have to check this out just to see.

A lot of shows like Full House, Home Improvement, Family Matters, etc. all had a little cheesy charm when you look back on them.

I don't mind it that much after a few episodes. I'll probably finish it out..

Home Improvement was good until it got weird in later seasons. I remember the one son dressing in all black most of the time.

Around Christmas time the wife wanted to watch the Hallmark channel and their cheesy Christmas heart felt movies...DJ was the lead actress in like 3 straight movies lol. She's the super star of Hallmark.
