This, House, and Family Guy are the only shows that I own on Blu-ray/DVD. And yet, all of them are also on Netflix, hah! Exactly how I'll end up watching Sherlock, at least.

Is The Wire on Netflix as well?

The Wire is not on Netflix in the US. Don't know about other countries.

5 seasons. Not sure how long it ran/runs.

Wire is on HBO GO if you have anyone's log-in.

        NFL - Buffalo Bills

I'll list in spoilers how long it lasts, in case you are actually curious.

          Spoiler

I do not have anybody's login for HBO GO, unfortunately.

Almost done Part 2. By the way this is still season 1. 20 episodes broken into 2 Parts. Netflix has already renewed it for a second season.

I cannot believe how good Narcos is.
I am only 7 episodes in and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows of all time.
It is really so so good.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix

Narcos was great, but there some episodes that they just seemed to be "resting" a bit. Escobar was wonderful, but there wasn't another character that came close to his level. Pena would be the closest one for me.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out what series I want to go through next. I watched the pilot episodes of two shows I haven't watched in a very long time:

                The Office
                3rd Rock from the Sun

I had forgotten just how awkward The Office was. The jello-mold!

And 3rd Rock from the Sun is underrated to me. The whole cast is amazing right from the get-go.

I never liked the Office, I know I am in the minority but it just got old quick to me.
Now 3rd Rock is one of my favorite sitcoms of all time! I still watch it from time to time and I have seen every episode about 5 times.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix

I randomly started watching The Office at like 4 AM one morning, and the second episode I think when Michael offers Kelly a cookie in an Indian accent damn near killed me. I think I got to about halfway through the third season before I stopped. I need to pick that back up.

Side note, I have that tendency with shows for some reason. I'll marathon half of a shows run and then just stop, regardless of length. Aside from The Office, I think I conked out of Seinfeld in the 6th season, and even weirder, around episode 14 of Samurai Champloo. No idea what it is, there's another show I need to pick back up. Everyone tells me I'll love the baseball episode.

Was it coincidence you asked about The Wire when I brought up Person of Interest? Because there's a ton of alumni from The Wire on POI.

Freamon, Carver, Wee Bay and I think another person too. It's become like a game of spot the Wire actor.

EDIT: I'll throw this in spoilers because it tells some of the future happenings on both shows but nothing super crazy

Halfway through the Amanda Knox documentary....

Very interesting to hear from her and the bf directly...

Side question...could you date someone like Amanda Knox, like where you may not be 100% sure if she murdered someone or not?

Tough call, but I'd take my chances.

Black Mirror is the modern more ****ed of version of The Twilight Zone/The Outer Limits.
