Bloodline final season May 26th.

Can't wait for this. Since it was orignally going to be like 5 seasons long and got canceled, this season should pack quite a bit in it.

I've been hardcore on documentaries lately. The Oklahoma City bombing one was ok but a bit disjointed and went deep into Ruby Ridge and Branch Davidian/David Koresh stuff. Hiroshima was a lot of Japanese--I guess I shouldn't be surprised by that. There was an American Mob one which was sort of what The Godfather was based on with the 5 families and all. There was a 5 or 6 part World War II colorized documentary--I can never resist a good war documentary. I think my favorite one I've seen recently was the 3-part series on prohibition. It did a good job of setting the scene for how prohibition came about and the moral conundrum it caused.

I think what's struck me as a sort of theme with a lot of these documentaries, whether it's the attack on the Waco compound or the Ruby Ridge thing or chasing down Al Capone is just how long of a history of bloopers there are in American law enforcement. I have a lot of respect for what they provide for us, but in hindsight they always come off as bumbling stooges who tend to make questionable decisions.

I've been wanting to watch TLK but I wasn't sure if it's a show the wife would like.

I enjoy Louis C.K. and the new special is by far his worst. Just bad. I recommend checking out his others, Live at the Beacon theater, Chewed up, Hilarious, much better.

Don't forget Shameless. I'd say Shameless, Chewed Up and Hilarious are his top 3.

Breaking Bad is tied with The Shield for me as the best of all time. Although I really think my head tells me that Breaking Bad was better my heart says The Shield.

My 2nd favorite show of all time only behind GoT's.
Love it and I am just finishing up the 2nd season. BB is so good, I cant wait to get home and watch 3 or 4 episodes tonight.

Just finished up watching the first 3 seasons of Arrow....

Here are my 'one word' reviews of each season:

Season 1: Amazing!
Season 2: Legendary!
Season 3: Meh....

My one word preview going into season 4: Hopeful....

In all honesty....I would have been fine if after Season 2....the series ended.....and they bring Oliver Queen onto the silver screen into the Justice League! Man....just thinkin' about Season 2....unreal! Season 2 of Arrow has got to be the best superhero tv season of all time! Although...to disclaimer that...I have yet to begin Daredevil...so I could be wrong.

Will now begin Season 1 of Flash! Lookin' forward to exploring the world of Barry Allen!

I must say for the crossover D.C. stuff, I get a little annoyed watching on Netflix. Wife and I have been on the season of Legends and there is OBVIOUSLY some major things that happened in a crossover not yet available. Major enough I went back and thought I had skipped an episode, or unknowingly dozed off for a major portion of an episode. If you're going to crossover, give me access to the full range simultaneously. Rant over. Still love the D.C. TV stuff and not real impressed with the movie stuff.

A Street Cat Named Bob was a good family movie. The fact the real cat did most of the scenes was pretty cool.

They can't give you it all because the other shows are still going and being posted on the CW website and app. Legends is over already. And it's much better than what we have had since these shows launched on Netflix, which was having to wait until late October literally a week before the new season debuted on TV.

Just finished PBS/Ken Burns' Civil War documentary (1990). Really beautifully done...an amazing piece of history. And now I can't stop whistling "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" lol
