I'm behind a couple of episodes (season finale in two days) but I would definitely disagree.

I agree. This season has been very solid but nothing to where S2 was at. That was just on a whole other level.

I wouldn't say s5 has been very solid. First half of it wasn't so great. It really didn't get so good until "that moment"(if you saw the show, you'd know what I mean).

Second half has made up for that horrible start. But overall as I said, still better than s4.

I wouldn't even go that far. My thumbs up to tdawg was recognizing season 5 is not ≥ season 2 (imo). The Russian flashback scenes I could do without and I'm not of the opinion that
                Spoiler

Idk...I'm enjoying it and it's much more captivating unlike the past few seasons.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

A general comment on Flash and Arrow-these season long main villain story arcs would work a lot better in a 10-13 episode format then a beefy 23 episode season.

Agents of shield did it best. Was already a good show, but once introducing arcs, they just had such great episodes. The latest of which is one of best bunch of episodes they had in the series.

Kevin Spacey is just awesome in his role. Reminds me of what Stringer Bell would be like if he was in Politics instead of the Drug Game.

You guys aren't helping me finally start watching these shows. I was going to start watching The Flash but now you're telling me there is some sort of order you need to watch them in or you'll ruin the other series?

I don't think there's any way you're going to ruin either series. Their intersection at key points is something I couldn't even come up with off the top of my head. I get dizzy thinking about it.

I don't think there are any spoilers in either show that will ruin the other. I watched all of the Arrow's first 3 seasons before I started Flash S1 and didn't feel like any of it was spoiled...it actually got me hyped and excited to watch it.

Only really the crossover episodes it'd spoil. On flash for example, one episode with Oliver has him in a conversation with someone who mentions a big moment that happened in a past season of arrow.

And crossover on flash also shows characters from arrow who you wouldn't know why they're there unless you saw arrow beforehand.

There's 4-5 main things from arrow I can think of that'd get spoiled if you saw s1 of flash before s1-3 of arrow.

Arrow s1-3 aired before flash s1, so nothing to spoil.
