    Based on the photo, it could be as early as 1967 or so...

    The "Summer of Love" (1967), "hippie" influenced fashions hit the mainstream and Meghan's character is both "fashion forward" and lives in NYC, so...

    Mos def by 1968...

      I don't think we'll ever see the '70s on Mad Men (except maybe in the final episode). I'll be surprised if the start of Season 6 isn't still in 1967. There are an awful lot of cultural touchstones between the Summer of Love and the end of the decade.
