I agree...these all were right during my time in college (with the last one being just after I graduated)....

Right in my wheelhouse for these, I'm sure I'll find this one as funny as the 3 main ones.

Pretty cool thread. I'm not a big fan of American Pie but nice payoff to go through 2.5 pages of Stifler speculation from 2010 only to immediately discover via video trailer he'd be reprising his role. Made me miss the days of not hearing every bit of information the moment it's released.

It's almost mandatory I see this movie. I graduated in 2000 and going through the same adult stages at the same time with the cast is a unique experience.

I still crack up how this movie blew up the term MILF.

Yeah, I'm older than the cast but can definitely relate to the whole "reminiscing about how much of a blast high school was thing"....

They shoulda trademarked MILF or something... Hilarious. Plus I think I had a Harold sighting in that trailer somewhere. Wasn't he the main one who was screaming "MILF" at the painting of Stifler's Mom?

pretty stoked to hear this. i loved American Pie, American Pie 2, and American Wedding. the spin-off American Pie Presents series sucked, made the whole American Pie name look bad. Glad to see it return back to the original cast

Yep another 01 high school graduate here. My friends and I absolutely loved these movies. I'll definitely be seeing this as soon as it drops. It might be good to get my friends together for a night of beers and American Pie.

They're baaaack!

The little spinoffs were lame, and maybe the whole American Pie thing is played out these days. but this is with the original cast, so I am down. Looking forward to his.

Seen this yesterday night and it was awesome. It was great seeing basically all of the old characters back again. There's also some nice surprise appearances aside from the main cast.

As for the movie itself, it's ****ing hilarious. So many classic moments that you expect from the American Pie movies. Personally I think it's a lot more enjoyable than American Wedding and almost on par with the first 2, but not quite.

The story isn't anything special (not that it ever was in these movies) and is pretty predictable. I was able to guess how most of the story turned out within the first 20 minutes or so but that didn't take away from the movie for me because I was too busy laughing at what was happening next.

They make a lot of great nods to the past movies so to me it didn't feel like a cash-grab at all, in case anyone was worried about that. Basically if you were a fan of the past American Pie movies (the ridiculously bad straight-to-DVD ones don't count), you're going to love this.

Agreed, movie was ****ing hilarious. Love all the references to the original 3, even down to the music. Like BnG said, if you liked the original triology, you'll love this one. IMO it's my second favorite behind the original.

I absolutely loved the irony of Stifmeister getting with Finch's mom, was so so so classic.

And the girl Jim babysat was looking mighty fine in the car on the drive home. hahah luckily she's 22 IRL

Just got back from seeing this with my wife. We loved it! Very funny and classic American Pie humor! Great time.
