Yes, it was a great episode. I will admit though, just like when The Mountain cut his horse in half in one episode of season 1, the over-the-top violent way some guys died in tonight's episode made me crack up laughing. It didn't take away how much I liked the episode, I just thought some of that stuff was so ridiculous it was funny.

Yes, it was a great episode. It didn't take away how much I liked the episode, I just thought some of that stuff was so ridiculous it was funny.

I agree. Some of those deaths left me feeling like I was on SciFy watching Megapirahna.

Good episode though.

Keep in mind this is the same "universe" that included a woman giving "birth" to a spirit that assassinated one of four men claiming to be a king. Take it with a grain of salt. Its fantasy. Enjoy it for what it is.

Oh I know. Trust me, I am taking it all for what it is and enjoy seeing the books I plowed through last year displayed on tv. Just saying the ways they showed soldiers being killed made me laugh.

Awesome episode. I'm already getting depressed. True Blood just doesn't cut it anymore after watching GoT's. I guess it will have to make do though.

Remember how y'all told me "If only..." defined this story? Well, a couple more.

If only Stannis had brought the Red Witch, she would've worked some kinda magic thing or other and he would've won.

If only Arya had found her little assassins buddy sooner Tywin wouldn't have had his Big Damn Heroes moment.

And man Sandor is a badass. Hope he crosses blades with someone strong enough to give him a challenge soon.

Sansa's interaction with King Joffrey was excellent. Especially mentioning Robb's battle field acumen.

Then she does her seasonal dumb Sansa move by refusing to leave Kings Landing with the hound. Dumb ***!

I think he already did.

I guess not, the part was never in the episode. Not that it mattered, it was still a great episode and his plan essentially did what it was supposed to do.
