....who was known for The Patriot and Brokeback Mountain..... on his way to being a headliner especially AFTER his Joker role, but not before.

I think people still associated Heath Ledger with his rom-com stuff mostly when the casting was announced.

What FT said. My emoticon is linkable to an image of people's comments after the casting announcement of Ledger.

I can see why Foxx might be a suspect actor to play the part, perhaps because he has become too big to be just a coincidence that he was the only person in mind for the part, if that makes sense. Sure we've seen him have villainous traits, but I don't know if we've ever seen him as an antagonist in all aspects of the word. But after Nolan and Ledger, I'll give casting choices the benefit of the doubt (unless I actually see them crumble on screen). I think it's just better to never say never.

It's looking like a certain character could surprisingly be in the sequel.

I hope it's true and I hope that they treat him as they should and not rush it.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Gwen's gonna die, probably. That's what happened in the comics and people have said that they are filming scenes in locations that would suggest that her death is going to happen in this movie.
