I've listened to a few of the Art of Wrestling podcasts - Ted Dibiase, Jake Roberts and New Jack (listened to all of those today) I also have a few more downloaded - Brooklyn Brawler, Mick Foley and Demolition Smash. It is a pretty entertaining podcast. I've never listened to any wrestling podcasts until this week when I started with Steve Austin podcast. I feel like Austin gets deeper into the careers and some of the controversary more than Cabana. I really wanted him to get into the issues New Jack had over the years. I read all the stories before, but I still wanted them to dive deeper into it. Overall though, it's a pretty good podcast.

I'm definitely gonna have to start listening to the How Did This Get Made and Art of Wrestling podcasts.

        This is a great thread.

It just sounds like he's cutting a promo about working D-Lo Brown at Summerslam the whole time.

I like the actual podcast parts but the sponsor stuff is crazy weird.

I'll break them down into groups.

            Sports
            Bleacher Nation (Chicago Cubs)
            Ivy Envy (Chicago Cubs
            12 Saturdays (Iowa Hawkeyes Football)
            On Iowa (Iowa Hawkeyes Sports)
The Mike Hlas Podcast (Iowa Hawkeyes and Iowa related sports)
Purple On Demand (Various Minnesota Vikings items from KFAN in Minneapolis)
            Grantland Sports
            BS Report

            Video Games
            KFAN Video Games Weekly
            Midwest Nerds Podcast

            Pop Culture/Various
            The Nerdist

I used to listen to Fatman On Batman but I'm not into Batman enough to keep up with it. I also used to listen to a bunch of horror podcasts but they were usually 2 hours long so I had to cut back.

I mainly listen to the sports podcasts at the gym and fit the rest it when playing sports game when sound isn't required.

Anyone know of free (or relatively cheap) software that will allow two people who are not at the same location to record a podcast together? These two people also have no professional audio equipment.

                        Sports:
Grantland: Jalen Rose and Bill Simmons
                        Colt Cabana Art of Wrestling

                        Movies and TV:
Filmspotting. Pretty in depth podcast that reviews movies.
AfterBuzz: They do a podcast for most TV shows though I only listen to the Breaking Bad and Mad Men podcasts. The other ones aren't that good.
Grantland: Andy Greenwald and Chris Ryan. They review Game of Thrones, Mad Men and Breaking Bad pretty well. They are a bit like Stadler and Waldorf when it comes to movies though.
Firewall and Iceberg: Alan Sepinwall is pretty good at reviewing tv. He reviews a lot of TV.

Nope, but a podcast i've been trawling through the archives of (Danger Room, where these two guys read and go over every X-Men comic) apparently used Skype. Dunno if that's their same setup but sound quality is good.

For anyone looking for a good podcast/catcher app, Pocket Casts is by far the best one I've used to this point. I can't even remember the one I used to like on iOS, but it wasn't available on Android, so I eventually found my way to Pocket Casts after trying out several other options.

Easily the best app I've used for podcasts so far. It's a paid app, but well worth it, IMO. Great looking interface, and the best combination of features and stability that I've seen so far.

I managed to get Audacity to record myself and the audio coming through Skype. The only downfall is I had to make my own voice come through my headphones in order for my computer to "hear" it -_-

I use it too, definitely worth the money. The interface blew away Beyond Pod and the rest of the Android podcast apps.
